Jsem v prvé řadě velice spokojená s přístupem paní Martiny ,která je nejen krásná žena s úžasně milým přístupem k zákazníkům ...ale je ochotna ,pomůže a poradí . Je opravdu moc příjemná ..kdyby bylo všude tolik milých lidí za pultem ..tato dáma je na pravém místě ..moc děkuji ,s pozdravem a úctou vaše věrná takaznice Jarmila Kochová . B	Barbora Hlaváčová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přišla jsem si udělat fotky na průkaz, paní mě okamžitě vyfotila a fotky byly za chvilku vytisknuté. Mezitím jsem prohodila slovo o tom, že nemá polední pauzu, že to na googlu není napsané. Nervózní žena, která byla už od počátku nepříjemná na mě začala skoro křičet, že to tam napsané je, jen se neumím dívat. Sama jsem jí tedy ukázala na svém telefonu, že žádná přerušená pracovní doba na polední pauzu tam není napsaná. Ona prý že to je někde v informacích, které se na svém telefonu snažila najít, ale nenašla. Jen jsem se snažila slušně navrhnout připomínku, že by to tam tedy mohli dopsat. Jediné co jsem za tuto snahu dostala, bylo nepříjemné chování a zkažená nálada, naprosto zbytečně. Dokonce když mi nakonec stříhala fotky, všechny ustřihla křivě a narvala do malé obálky, že je skoro pomačkala. Tato žena kazí fotolabu nejen jméno, ale i spolehlivost služeb. Doposud jsem měla s fotolabem jen příjemné zkušenosti (pouze na pobočce OC Chodov). Sem už nikdy nepřijdu a výhradně tuto prodejnu s protivnou ženou nedoporučuji! I was just trying to politely suggest a remark that they could write it there. The only thing I got for this effort was unpleasant behavior and a spoiled mood, completely useless. Even when she finally cut the photos for me, she cut them all crookedly and narrated them into a small envelope that she almost wrinkled. This woman spoils the photo lab not only by name but also by the reliability of services. So far, I have had only pleasant experience with the photo lab (only at the OC Chodov branch). I will never come here again and I do not exclusively recommend this store with an annoying woman!

Velmi nepříjemná paní která udělala špatně fotografie požádal jsem o vrácení peněz místo toho aby se omluvila tak se začala se mnou hádat ????? A taky je to dražší než na jiných pobočkách !!!! Paní na prodejně moc milá, okamžitě to prošla, telefonicky vyřídila, sepsala, vše zkrátka na jedničku. Děkuji. Today I was complaining about the calendar. Třešničkou na dortu byla špatná velikost rámečků které mi paní prodala, takže 2 fotky za 480 korun teď stříhám nůžkami, aby se vešly. Nikdy víc, paní bych za takové chování k zákazníkům vyrazil. Perfektni reprodukce barev, velmi dobra kvalita papiru, rychle vyrobeni a doruceni. Program "CEWE FOTOLAB", ktery jsem pro navrh knihy pouzil, ma velmi dobre flexibilni uzivatelske rozhrani, takze i nekdo bez velkych zkusenosti se zpracovanim grafiky ho muze lehce pouzit. Mohu jenom doporucit. I ordered a book of my photos without correction and color change. I was ready for anything, but what I got really surprised me. Perfect color reproduction, very good paper quality, fast production and delivery. The "CEWE FOTOLAB" program, which I used to design the book, has a very flexible user interface, so even someone without much experience in processing graphics can easily use it. I can only recommend.
