★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Makléřka této RK jsou vřelé. Ale díky mé chybě - chtěla jsem se ušetřit peníze. Nechala jsem pracovnice této RK vyplňovat návrh na vklad do katastru bez kontroly právníky. Paní makléřka špatně vyplňovala formulář, přišli jsme o 2000 Kč poplatek na katastru.
Oznámila jsem to paní makléřce, v telefonu slibovala že se na to podívá. Od té dobu se již neozvala.
Nakonec jsme šly za notářem a podaly návrh znovu. Za znovu podání jsme uhradili další 2000 Kč poplatek na úřad katastrální.
Vzala jsem to za poučení, že věci ohledně nemovitosti se musí řešit s vlastní právníkem. Původně jsem nechtěla o tom psát recenze. Ale uvědomují si, že chování paní makléřka byla velmi nezodpovědná. Když nebyla jistá že formulář nedovede správně vyplňovat, neměla to dělat. Potom co jsme přišli o peníze ani slovo omluva nebyla. Zkrátka to ukončila tím že přestala komunikovat.
Nakonec chci říct, že na makléře se nedá zcela spoléhat. Tak pro ti kteří nerozumí nemovitosti stejně jako já, aby byli opatrní
 The brokers of this agency are warm. But thanks to my mistake - I wanted to save money. I had the staff of this agency fill in the application for a deposit in the cadastre without the control of lawyers. The broker filled out the form incorrectly, we lost the CZK 2,000 cadastre fee.
I told the broker, promising on the phone that she would look into it. She hasn't spoken since.
Finally, we went to the notary and submitted the proposal again. We paid another CZK 2,000 fee to the cadastral office for resubmission.
I took this as an instruction that real estate matters must be resolved with my own lawyer. At first I didn't want to write reviews about it. But they realize that the broker's behavior was very irresponsible. When she wasn't sure she couldn't fill out the form correctly, she shouldn't have. After we lost money, there was no excuse. She simply ended it by not communicating.
Finally, I want to say that a broker cannot be completely relied on. So for those who don't understand real estate as much as I do, be careful
