★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tento podnik nikomu nedoporučuji. Více než měsíc jsem čekal na vybraný rám, tak abych jej měl stejný k dalším dříve udělaným obrazům. Po více než měsíci čekání, jak jsme byli při zadání zakázky, jsem si přišel pro hotový obraz, ale jenom proto, abych zjistil, že mou zakázku někde založili a celou tu dobu se na ní jenom prášilo. Takže na další pokus jsem si byl konečně vyzvednout zakázku, ale jenom proto, abych zjistil, že mi na obraz dali špatný rám. Ve výsledku 1,5 měsíce čekání na obraz, který je udělaný v jiném rámu.
Zde si již nikdy další obraz dělat nenechám.
PS, otevírací doba taky neodpovídá ... je docela nepříjemné přijít v poledne a zjistit že mají polední pauzu.
I do not recommend this business to anyone. For more than a month I have been waiting for the selected frame, so that I have it the same to other previously made paintings. After more than a month of waiting, as we were in the contract, I came for a finished picture, but only to find out that my order was created somewhere and all the time was just dusting it. So for the next attempt, I was finally picking up the order, but only to find out that they gave me the wrong frame. As a result, 1.5 months of waiting for an image that is made in another frame.
Here I will never make another picture again.
PS, opening hours do not match either ... it is quite annoying to come at noon and find out that they have a lunch break.

I called them and asked if I can come and the girl said yes.
When I arrived there were 3 staff, 2 x guys and 1 girl.
They were extremely unfriendly and the girl suddenly told me "we can't help you because we have technical issue".
She could have called me and explain before I came.
Very irresponsible attitude and extremely unfriendly arrogant people.
