Komunikovali až po opakované výzvě. Za bez mála 3000 tisíce kávovar není opravený. Na můj email ohledně reklamace se neozvali !!!! I absolutely do not recommend service with this company !!!!!!! We had a coffee machine at the company for a month, despite their constantly mentioned speed of repairs on the web. They communicated only after repeated calls. For less than 3,000 thousand, the coffee machine is not repaired. They did not respond to my email regarding the complaint !!!!

A	Adam Matys on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ačkoli se chlubí nejrychlejší opravou kávovarů, tak tomu tak bohužel není. První oprava, po které přišel kávovar v nefunkčním stavu, trvala 7 týdnů. Reklamace trvala 5 týdnů a kávovar opět nefungoval. Pomohla až osobní návštěva. Z výše uvedených důvodů bohužel hodnotím pouze jednou hvězdou. Although it boasts the fastest repair of coffee machines, this is unfortunately not the case. The first repair, after which the coffee machine came in a non-functional state, lasted 7 weeks. The complaint lasted 5 weeks and the coffee machine did not work again. A personal visit only helped. Unfortunately, for the above reasons, I rate only one star.

Kávovar byl v opravě měsíc, bez komunikace, až poté co jsem požádal o zaslání kávovaru zpět(i neopraveného), byl najednou opraven do druhého dne. U tohoto servisu je tedy skutečně nutné počítat s tím, že lhůty oprav jsou dlouhé a komunikace není nejlepší. I should have read reviews about coffee makers. With this service, it is really necessary to take into account that repair times are long and communication is not the best.

S	Stanislav Jonák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Není problému aby se neřešili, určitě je potřeba více komunikovat a případně volat, zatím nejlepší zkušenosti, jednak s opravou a hlavně při řešení problémů s při předání dopravcem, kteří se postarali o rozbití opraveného kávovaru. Takže ač mimo Prahu, již raději odvezu někam na okraj kde si přijedou a odvezou stejným způsobem dle domluvy. Zbytečná oprava navíc, ale zase vím že je vše NAPROSTO v pořádku, doufám, že stroj bude ještě dlouhou dobu fungovat. Opravdu děkuji nejen šéfovi firmy, ale i jeho kolektivu za odborný přístup k servisu, delší lhůty jsou nasnadě, najděte více takových servisů(kde??). So even though they are outside Prague, I would rather take them somewhere to the edge where they will come and take them in the same way as agreed. Unnecessary extra repair, but again I know that everything is absolutely fine, I hope that the machine will work for a long time. I really thank not only the head of the company, but also his team for their professional approach to service, longer deadlines are obvious, find more such services (where ??). Good luck, thank you
