A	Anna K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem s rodinou navštívila oc Letňany. Musím napsat recenzi na Frutosimo. Tak dlouho jsem nezažila příjemnější a rychlou obsluhu. Slečna byla velmi ochotná a doporučila mi Smooth berry. Děti byly nadšené, moc jim chutnalo a určitě se zde ještě někdy zastavíme. Bohužel nevím slečny jméno, byly tam dvě. Obě dvě byly velmi mile,ale ta s dlouhým culikem se nám věnovala s úsměvem a trpělivostí, ikdyz děti kricely a dělaly bordel Today I visited Oc Letany with my family. I have to write a review on Frutosimo. I have not experienced more pleasant and fast service for so long. The young lady was very helpful and recommended Smooth berry to me. The children were excited, they really liked it and we will definitely stop here someday. Unfortunately, I don't know the lady's name, there were two. Both were very nice, but the one with the long ponytail treated us with a smile and patience, even though the children were screaming and making a mess.
L	Lily New on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatná pracovní zkušenost a upřímně tuto pobočku nedoporučuji! Šetři se na všem a tudíž ani nemá smysl tam něco kupovat! Zmrzliny dávají ZÁMĚRNĚ méně než si zaplatíte! Máte dostat 50g zmrzliny, ale místo toho dostanete když je lepší den sotva 45g! Již při první směně mi to bylo řečeno! Do drinku dávají hlavní ingredience ze všech nejméně, protože se šetři! A to ještě nemluvím o zaměstnancích pobočky! Všude samé pomluvy, naschvály a zesměšňování. Nic nikomu nebylo řečeno do očí a snažení se rozhádat kolegy.Nekvalitní jídlo(tvrdé muffiny, polo-shnilá jablka a plesnivý citron). Nedostanete ani smlouvu v podstatě jste tam načerno i když se na ní ptáte, tak odpověď nedostanete. Špatná komunikace s vedením. Na směnu dostanete špinavé tričko po jiném kolegovi, protože jiná nejsou. Bad work experience and I honestly do not recommend this branch! Save everything and therefore there is no point in buying anything there! Ice creams INTENTIONALLY give less than you pay for! You have to get 50g of ice cream, but instead you get when the better day is barely 45g! I was told that during the first shift! They put the main ingredients into the drink the least of all, because they save! And I'm not talking about the employees of the branch yet! Slander, deliberation and ridicule everywhere. Nothing was said to anyone's eyes and trying to quarrel with colleagues. Poor quality food (hard muffins, semi-rotten apples and moldy lemon). You won't even get a contract, you're basically black there, even if you ask for it, you won't get an answer. Poor communication with management. In exchange, you get a dirty T-shirt from another colleague, because there are no others.

Ta naštěstí byla příjemná ale… zatím nám ta co koukala do telefonu šla celá nadšená nandat zmrzlinu. Ale když jsme dostali drinky tak jsem koukala… velká Pretty Woman - byla oranžová od pomerančů, takže mi bylo jasné že jahody tam byli tak 2? cca 300ml a zbytek akorát pěna… po jogurtu a banánu ani stopy. Chuťově to byl pomerancovy džus s lehkým nádechem jahod.. velký Jing-Jang - skořice žádná a avokado tam vůbec nešlo cítit. A to stejné, více pěny než pití. Takže příjemná brýlatá slečna mě bohužel velice zklamala… dost jsem se na drink těšila ale nestalo to za nic. Visit on 14.3. about 19h. But when we got drinks I watched… big Pretty Woman - it was orange from oranges, so it was clear to me that the strawberries there were about 2? about 300ml and the rest just foam… after yogurt and banana no trace. Taste it was orange juice with a slight hint of strawberries .. great ying-yang - no cinnamon and avocado could not be smelled there at all. And the same, more foam than drinking. So, unfortunately, the pleasant spectacled young lady disappointed me a lot - I was looking forward to the drink, but it wasn't worth it.

Za mě mohu vyjádřit jedině kladné hodnocení.? Service smiling, kind and fast. I recommend sea buckthorn ice cream, which will refresh you in a steamy intake. Oba drinky nám moc chutnaly a určitě se rády vrátíme Excellent service, even though my daughter and I complicated it a bit, she managed it very well and the service was great. We really enjoyed both drinks and we will definitely be back
