M	Milan Dašek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem tu poprvé a po příchodu byla kavárna téměř prázdná. Při pohledu na obsluhující paní mi bylo hned jasné, že už tu jsem naposled. Obsluhující paní bez úsměvu a kyselá jako citron. Tuhle kavárnu nedoporučuji. I was here for the first time and the cafe was almost empty upon arrival. Looking at the serving lady, I knew immediately that I was here for the last time. Serving lady unsmiling and sour like lemon. I don't recommend this café.

Podnik se tváří jako něco na úrovni, ale obsluhu má nejspíš z vedlejšího sídliště. 27.12 Prepare to operate. After ordering, he turns around and says "Some decaf again dude". L	Lucie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobry den, tak to me opravdu neprekvapuje, ze negativni recenzi neakceptujete, i kdyz by jste se to mel uz naučit, vzhledem k počtu negativním recenzním ? Na páteční směně, byly dve slečny, což by jste mel vedet jako vlastník, ale nevadi. Myslim, ze obsluha je prvni dojem, kdyz je neprofesionální a nezajímá se o zákazníka, lidé znovu neprijdou. Dostali jsme jinou příchuť kafe, než jsme si objednali, ale nechtěli jsme jen kvuli tomu volat obsluhu a resit to, ale kdybychom to nepoznali a byli alergici, byl by to problem. Poté k nam obsluha uz vubec nedosla a tak jsme museli platit u kasy, což je take nemile, kdyz tam skoro nikdo nebyl. Zeptali jsme se slečny co to bylo za příchuť a ona zvýšeným tónem hlasu rekla: “to co jste si objednali”, tak jsme ji rekli, ze jsme si tohle prave neobjednali, tak hned začala házet vinu na kolegyni, ze je tam nova a nevedela. Velice kolegialni přístup :) Kdyz prislo na placeni, hned na nas servirka vykrikla, ze musí kartou oba nebo hotove, jinak to proste nejde.. Nechapu proc, ale dobre no. Nikdy bych recenzi nepsala, kdyby obsluha řešila pochybení jinak a ne hned nepříjemne. Poté co jsem videla vaši odpoved na moji recenzi, jsem se jen utvrdila v tom, ze to neni kvalitni kavárna. On Friday's shift, there were two girls, which you should know as the owner, but it doesn't matter. I think that the service is the first impression, when it is unprofessional and does not care about the customer, people will not come again. We got a different taste of coffee than we ordered, but we didn't want to call the staff and solve it just because of it, but if we didn't recognize it and were allergic, it would be a problem. After that, the staff didn't reach us at all, so we had to pay at the cash register, which is also unpleasant, when almost no one was there. We asked the lady what it was like and she said in a raised tone of voice: "what you ordered", so we told her that we hadn't just ordered this, so she immediately started blaming her colleague, that she was new there and didn't know . Very collegial approach :) When it came to paying, the waitress immediately shouted at us that she had to do both with the card or done, otherwise it just wouldn't work. I don't understand why, but well. I would never write a review if the staff resolved the mistake differently and not immediately unpleasantly. After seeing your response to my review, I just confirmed that it is not a quality cafe. Thank you

Great design and it looks luxurious that suits to the name of the café. And the most important ( because I´m crazy about the cofee ) ...They know how to prepare the cofee, definitely one of the best I have tried.
