★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěl jsem vyměnit zboží, neochotným pracovníkem přes vrata mi bylo sděleno že z důvodu vládních nařízení to nelze, že on přece nebude platit milionovou pokutu atd, atd, takže jestli máte takhle proaktivní a prolidský přístup (haha), tak doufám že budete mít zavřeno ještě dlouho. Protože jsou věci co se prostě přes eshop nemůžou objednat, ale musí se vyzkoušet. Ještě mi bylo poraděno, ať si udělám drohu objednávku, určitě, já vám dám peníze dvakrát a dvakrát budu mít výrobek co mohu hodit do koše. Díky od Vás již nikdy nic!

Because there are things that simply cannot be ordered through the e-shop, but must be tried. I was still advised to place a drug order, for sure, I will give you money twice and twice I will have a product I can throw in the trash. Thank you never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Někteří členové personálu velice neochotní. Rok 2021 a za vrácené zboží zakoupené v kamenné prodejně nevracejí peníze - pouze výměna zboží nebo převést peníze na zákaznickou kartu. S tímto obchodem jsem skončil :)
Some staff members are very reluctant. Year 2021 and for returned goods purchased in a stone shop do not return money - only exchange goods or transfer money to the customer card. I'm done with this shop :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud si objednáte na prodejnu zboží z e-shopu a po vyzkoušení ho chcete vrátit je s tím trochu úřadování. Zřejmě to umí jen jeden pracovník takže se čeká :-\

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes 11.5. parádní zkušenost přímo na prodejně. Přišel jsem k večeru na scan plochy nohy. Pan prodejce se mi věnoval na 100% a bylo vidět, že se v problematice orientuje. I když jsem si boty nakonec nevybral, vzal jsem si stélky do bot. Uvidím jak budou sloužit :) . Jednoznačně doporučuju.
Today 11.5. great experience right at the store. I came in the evening for a foot scan. The seller paid 100% attention to me and it was clear that he was familiar with the issue. Even though I didn't choose the shoes in the end, I took the insoles in my shoes. I'll see how they will serve :). I definitely recommend.
