Jako čekat než mi někdo přinese botu, kterou si chci zkusit a většinou ji ani nemají na skladě, je ubíjející. Samozřejmě u obuvi mají uvedené rozmezí čísel bot, ale v mém případě je zrovna to moje zlatý číslo často vykoupené. A bohužel to prodavači umí zjistit až když jdou šmejdit do skladu.. Vybrat si zde boty je minimálně na 1h čistého času. Jinak mají super věci, fajn ceny i akce. I'm taking one star for the shoe testing system. Like waiting for someone to bring me a shoe that I want to try and usually don't even have it in stock is killing. Of course, they have a range of shoe numbers for my shoes, but in my case it's my golden number that I often bought. And unfortunately the salespeople can find out when they go to the warehouse .. Hledas je po obchodu, frajerky vam reknou, ze za chvili zaviraji, misto toho, aby se zeptaly, s cim mi muzou pomoci. Nehlede na to, ze hazi se zbozim na kase, kdyby to byl nejaky odpad. Hrozny, naposledy jsem tu byla nakupovat. Mlady kravy. The saleswomen here should be replaced, so I haven't experienced the shocking staff in a long time. You're looking for them at the store, the guys will tell you that I'm closing in a while, instead of asking what they can help me with. G	Gabriela Smrčková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doporučovala bych průběžně aktualizovat informace zde na googlu, aby se i dalším zákazníkům nestalo, že pojedou přes půlku Prahy do jedné ze tří otevřených prodejen (na webu z nějakého důvodu info o otevřených prodejnách rovněž chybí), aby přišli do prodejny, kde je sice stažena roleta, ale za ní nejspíš celý personál prodejny. Na prodejně není uvedena otevírací doba, ani žádné info o omezení provozu, tudíž se mi otázka, zdali mají jen aktuálně zavřeno, nebo rovněž spadají do vládních opatření a obchod je dočasně uzavřen, nezdala zase tolik mimo realitu, nicméně slecna/paní prodavačka zjevně měla jiný názor. A tak jediným výsledkem návštěvy prodejny byly kyselé a ustepacne poznámky zaměstnankyně o tom, že zavřeno je již jaksi dva měsíce. Jako jasně, chápu, že má asi své problémy a starosti, ale vážně je ta doba natolik těžká, že se k sobě nemůžeme chovat slušně? A jestli ano, je tak těžká, tak stejně požaduju po obsluhujicim personálu, aby byl prozakaznicky a minimálně zdvořily. Navzdory tomu, že značku mám ráda, tak sortiment není zase natolik jedinečný, aby se nedal pořídit jinde a za ty řeči naokolo to nestojí. Nebylo to poprvé, co jsem se v a3 sportu v Letňanech s tímto přístupem setkala. Rozhodně to ale z mé strany bylo naposled. Velký špatný. Despite the fact that I like the brand, the assortment is not so unique that it cannot be purchased elsewhere and it is not worth talking about. It was not the first time that I encountered this approach in a3 sport in Letňany. But it was definitely the last time on my part. Big bad.

Hvězda dolu za to, že všechny boty posílají na posouzení (reklamace) a většinou to je vyřízené až poslední dny. I never had a problem, they always met me. Returns from the e-shop and complaints are in order. Star down for the fact that all shoes are sent for assessment (complaints) and most of the time it is settled only in recent days.
N	Nipi Ao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedna velka tragedie. Objednani pres eshop nemozna, rusi jiz potvrzene, komunikace arogantni. Reklamace neskutecne peklo. Uz nikdy vice. One big tragedy. Ordering through the e-shop is not possible, the already confirmed, arrogant communication. Complaints unbelievable hell. Nevermore.
