★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis odmítá odpovědnost za vlastní práci a jakoukoliv škodu na zařízení. Po výměně baterie na iPhone přestal fungovat čip pro Apple Pay a servis nechce tuto vzniklou závadu odstranit. Z tohoto pohledu je zbytečné chodit do “autorizovaného” servisu!!
The service declines liability for its own work and any damage to the equipment. After replacing the battery on the iPhone, the chip for Apple Pay has stopped working and the service does not want to eliminate this defect. From this point of view, it is useless to go to an "authorized" service !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Víte jak utratit až +/- 3000 Kč za ochranná sklíčka na iPhone? Běžte do iWant. Za bezmála 1800 vám nalepí sklíčko na displej a na kameru a za každou výměnu si budou účtovat kolem 350 Kč jako super službu. Můžete toho využít až 3x za 2 roky ? No, moje chyba..
Trochu jsem nečekal, že sklíčko z kamery spadne za 14 dnů a na přední jsou do půl roka bubliny. Reklamace? Ta vám přeci zanikla nákupem služby. Argumentuji informací na faktuře, že záruka je 12 měsíců. Klidně tu mobil nechte (zákonná lhůta je 30 dnů),ale stejně vám to zamítneme... Neznalost legislativy je až úsměvná. Jo a abych nezapomněl : náhradní sklíčko na kameru nemáme ?
Troška arogance a urážek mezi řádky z obou stran... Stane se. ?♂️ Do iWant už ale ooravdu nikdy.
Do you know how to spend up to +/- 3000 CZK for protective glasses on iPhone? Go to iWant. For almost 1800, they will stick a glass on your display and camera, and for each exchange they will charge around CZK 350 as a super service. You can use it up to 3 times in 2 years ? Well, my mistake ..
I didn't expect the glass to fall off the camera in 14 days and there are bubbles on the front within half a year. Complaint? After all, it disappeared with the purchase of the service. I argue with the information on the invoice that the warranty is 12 months. Feel free to leave your mobile phone here (the legal deadline is 30 days), but we will still deny it to you ... Ignorance of the legislation is funny. Yeah, and let's not forget: we don't have a spare camera lens ?
A little arrogance and insults between the lines on both sides ... It will happen. ?♂️ But never again to iWant.
