Outstanding!! I have ordered flowers twice now from Frutiko. I'm in the UK and both the flowers and delivery have been perfect! Really superb service, great prices and lovely products. 10 STARS!! Very impressed.

So far a great experience. One bouquet was bought for my friend, she liked it. It looked amazing, maybe better than on the picture... and this is pretty unusual. Later, another bouquet for another friend as a gift for a help, she was very happy about the delivery service and she also loved the popcake bouquet. So, good experience as far. We will test a product with my collegues soon, so I hope it will be pretty tasty.:)

Unfortunately over the past year the quality has fall. A year ago we have ordering strawberries in chocolate few times and it was good. Later our parents tried to make something nice for us and send the fruit basket, we chose the basket exactly with the mango but received no mango. The girl in support chat was mad at us when we asked for second delivery, then they delivered 1 mango, haha.. It was rotten. Last week parents ordered fruit basket again, we got few fresh bananas, fresh lime and fresh apple, but rotten pineapple, 2 rotten pears and 2 hard inedible kiwifruits. Yes, the fruits looks ok, but inside th're already inedible

I tried to use this company for my anniversary gift service. The selection looked good but they failed to deliver the item for the first time. The second day, even though it was delayed, they called a wrong number and they delivered the item to someone 75 kms away from Prague without checking the recipients data. Are they that naive that they bought the story from someone that says "we don't live in address anymore" . Why would they check their identity against the recipients name in the order. Now they are telling me that they won't issue me a refund. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company and won't be using their services.

My boyfriend and I had our one year anniversary and he wanted to give me something nice, so he bought the fruit bouquet. When he gave it to me in the plastic I was really happy. Then I opened it up......... The personalized message that should be celebrating an anniversary made it look like I had cancer or a terminal illness. I couldn't believe the message. It was so bad. I was angry about this, and then to top it off I found a WORM on a strawberry that was still alive. I couldn't believe it. Then he showed me how he paid 40czk extra for the message and when I looked, I also saw the price of the product and I couldn't believe how expensive it was. The company cut down my boyfriend's personalized message. When a product is expensive I would expect that there would be someone to double check the message. If it was too long, then give the customer a word count limit. Also, there needs to be better inspection of the fruit to see if there are worms. I was very angry so I had my boyfriend write an email to the company. They said they were sorry and they would give us a gift as an apology. I was expecting at least double what they gave us. I was expecting the same fruits that were included in the original gift. Maybe not the display as the bouquet, but the sticks of fruit in a box. I wasn't going to write this review if the company gave us what I expected they were going to give us. When I saw how small the box was, I thought it was a bit of a slap in the face. Completely wrong message on the heart making it look like I was going to die and a worm on the product. I would suggest others to not order from this company because it seems as if they do not respect their customers. If the company is able to make it up to me in a better way, let me know.
