★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car (foreign plate) didn't work and I took it here to fix it since it's official Audi service. At the beginning they were nice and called me with a price (quite high) for the fixes. I agreed with that price (what else could I do, the car didn't start) and when it was ready I went there and... SURPRISE!! They tried to charge me more than what we agreed. I said I would only pay what was agreed and they told me in a very rude way: "if you don't pay you don't get the car". I didn't accept that and I stayed there talking with them and calling for help (since I don't speak Czech). After 3h, when I said I would call the police, they offered me a lower price (but still 200czk more than what we agreed). I paid and I left to never come back there. So AVOID THIS PLACE!
