★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most important thing for me, they speak English. Some of them good some of them barely, but you can communicate. It is available to get a servis appointment in near days. They work with my insurance company as a contractor. Everything is great. But they have a license plate frame fetish, they change your frame with a very ugly TSUSHO frame...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warranty service at Průhonice reluctant to return calls and a customer is not able to get in touch directly with the technician to ask anything. Appointment for a warranty claim arranged mid December 2021. My wife left her car at the service today 5.1.22 at 9 a.m. and the technician told her he would call her approx. around noon to let her know how it looks like. After getting no feedback from the service I called them myself, but was not able to get directly to the person in charge. Around noon they promised me that the person in charge would call me back. Now it is almost 3 p.m. and nobody got back to me yet. I probably would not go to this service anymore. The warranty claim was to make hands free work properly. It is normally done just by resetting the communication module which lasts no more than 30 minutes.
Update: Finally they were not able to fix the problem. It would be even more appropiate to say that they did not care to find enough time to try to solve the problem. They prioritised paid service orders over Toyota warranty issues.
