★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla jsem u dvou lékařek této ordinace a u obou jsem byla vždy spokojená a co se ošetření jako takového týče, nemám co vytknout.
Co je ale katastrofa, tak objednací lhůty pro pacienty s akutními potížemi a tím pádem i “přídělový systém” termínů. Že jsem si před dvěma lety nakonec šponu z oka (vedle duhovky) vytáhla sama, protože jinak bych s ní chodila přes týden- fain, naštěstí po několika pokusech šla ven a s trochou zručnosti to asi dokážeme všichni.
Nyní jsem jsem po atypickém zánětu začala vidět rozmazaně, hlavně na pravé oko. 14 dní čekám na svůj dojednaný termín se stále se zhoršujícím stavem vidění u pravého oka, abych se 3 hodiny před ním dozvěděla, že mě kvůli nemoci nemohou vzít.
Vzít mě aspoň zítra, kdy dle slov sestry jiná dr. bere akutní pacienty také nešlo a to i přesto, že jsem několikrát zdůraznila, že se potíže zhoršily a na termín akutního ošetření jsem už teď čekala 14 dní. Vzhledem k tomu, že budou Vánoce, veškeré ordinace v okolí končí pro letošek provoz dnes, max zítra a se zkrácenou ordinační dobou. Takže pěkně děkuji za takovou péči.
Naštěstí se mi podařilo najít ambulanci, kde mě vzali dokonce ihned (!!!) a zjistilo se, že mám poškrábanou rohovku a proto na oko vidím hůře (neprečetla jsem ani velký nápis).
Teď už jen doufám, že se vše zahojí a bez následků.
Za mě tedy lékařky jako takové super, ale organizace strašná. Nechápu proč nabírají tolik pacientů, když je pak nezvládají ošetřit a člověk musí úplně jinam.

What is a disaster, however, is the order deadlines for patients with acute problems and thus the "allocation system" of terms. That two years ago I finally pulled the chip out of my eye (next to the iris) myself, because otherwise I would have gone with her for a week, fortunately after a few attempts I went out and with a little skill we can all do it.
Now, after atypical inflammation, I began to see blurred vision, especially in the right eye. I have been waiting for my arranged date for 14 days with an ever-worsening state of vision in my right eye, to find out 3 hours before it that they cannot marry me due to illness.
Take me at least tomorrow, when, according to the sister of another dr. It also did not work for acute patients, even though I emphasized several times that the problems had worsened and I had already waited 14 days for the date of the acute treatment. Due to the fact that it will be Christmas, all surgeries in the area will end for operation this year today, max tomorrow and with reduced office hours. So thank you very much for such care.
Fortunately, I managed to find an ambulance, where they even took me immediately (!!!) and it turned out that I had a scratched cornea and therefore I can see my eye worse (I did not even read the large inscription).
Now I just hope that everything will heal and without consequences.
So for me, doctors as such, but the organization is terrible. I don't understand why they recruit so many patients when they can't treat them and you have to go completely differently.
