★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smutná práce, ale všichni se snažili důstojně zhostit svých rolí, komunikace při dojednani byla citlivá a přesto se všemi potřebnými informacemi, vše dodrženo podle domluvy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neuvěřitelný přístup k pozůstalím. Arogantní až sprosté chování. Chápu vládní nesmyslná opatření, ale způsob upozornění na počet pozůstalích v místnosti se dá zdělit vstřícným způsobem. Je to banda hulvatů. Nedoporučuji nikomu.
Incredible access to survivors. Arrogant to vulgar behavior. I understand the government's nonsensical measures, but the way of warning about the number of survivors in the room can be divided in a supportive way. It's a bunch of cadets. I do not recommend to anyone.

Má osobní zkušenost s pohřební službou Fénix v bolestném období kdy jsem pochoval tátu byla taková, že pracovnicí se chovali s velkou profesionalitou důstojně a s úctou. Od samého počátku (objednávky služby) až po obřad, který proběhl v Olomouckém krematoriu.
Unfortunately, we all have to go there one day. My personal experience with the Fénix funeral service during the painful period when I buried my dad was such that the workers behaved with dignity and respect with great professionalism. From the very beginning (service orders) to the ceremony, which took place in the Olomouc crematorium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asi by to chtělo změnit po letech technologii, nevím, ale takhle vykuřovat i na silvestra je fakt mazec. Bydlet v tomto je fakt zážitek.
I guess it would like to change technology after years, I don't know, but smoking like this on New Year's Eve is really a mess. Living in this is a real experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úžasný přístup a pochopení při vyřizování pohřbu. Velmi empatické jednání. Paní poradila a i přes prvotní neshody mezi námi, rodinnými příslušníky, šlo všechno nakonec hladce. Paní dodala nadhled a pomohla nám se rozhodnout. Doporučujeme, byli jsme velmi spokojeni. Děkujeme

The lady advised and despite the initial disagreements between us, the family members, everything went smoothly in the end. The lady provided an overview and helped us decide.
