★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poprvé a ne naposledy v prodejně. Neskutečný výběr korálků, barev,tvarů.Je to až nebezpečné!?krásné prostředí, velmi milé dámy v prodejně. Celou noc jsem pak nespala. Příště i exkurze do výroby.
Jeden typ na vylepšení služeb: prosím vytvořit poblíž koutek pro odkládání manželů.Doba čekání je velmi dlouhá!!!???
For the first time and not for the last time in the store. An incredible selection of beads, colors, shapes. It's dangerous! Rásbeautiful environment, very nice ladies in the store. Then I didn't sleep all night. Next time, an excursion into production.
One type of service improvement: please create a nearby corner for postponing spouses. The waiting time is very long !!! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prohlídka super krám plný zajímavých tvarů a barevných korálků, náušnic, náramků. Holky si to užily. I dílničku jsme všichni vyzkoušeli a navlíkli si každý náramek za 25 Kč 1 ks. Děkujeme
A tour of a super shop full of interesting shapes and colorful beads, earrings, bracelets. The girls enjoyed it. We all tried the workshop and put on each bracelet for 25 CZK 1 piece. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super, super, super. Přístup personálu naprosto nad rámec povinností. Moc milé dámy jak v krámečku, tak jako průvodkyně výrobou. Rozhodně doporučuji. Velmi zajimavá expozice/výroba šperků a zpracování skla. Dobré ceny na šperky i materiál. I pro děti možné zakoupení korálků na navlékání či skleněné drtě na nalepování. Netradiční ručně vyráběné šperky. Respekt k ručně broušeným korálkům i k výstupní kontrole. Mně by se o korálcích každou noc i zdálo. Na prohlídku muzea nás vzali, i když jsme byli v počtu 2 a 1/2 a nebyli jsme objednaní. Rozhodně doporučuji k návštěvě i nákupu! Příští rok se zastavíme znovu!
Great, great, great. The approach of the staff is completely beyond the scope of duties. Very nice ladies both in the shop and as a production guide. I definitely recommend. Very interesting exposition / production of jewelry and glass processing. Good prices for jewelry and materials. Even for children, it is possible to buy beads for threading or glass crumbs for gluing. Unconventional handmade jewelry. Respect for hand-cut beads and output control. I would even dream about beads every night. They took us on a tour of the museum, even though we were in numbers 2 and 1/2 and we were not ordered. I definitely recommend to visit and buy! We will stop again next year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Děkujeme za pěknou exkurzi do výroby korálků. Užili jsme si to, stejně tak dílničku, kde jsme si vyrobili náramky. Po prohlídce s detailním popisem postupu výroby, jsme si ještě s radostí zakoupili korálky na domácí vyrábění.
Thank you for a nice excursion to the production of beads. We enjoyed it, as well as the workshop where we made bracelets. After a tour with a detailed description of the production process, we were happy to buy beads for home made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'avais rencontré ce fournisseur à Bijorcha à Paris et les perles étaient magnifiques, c'est donc sans hésiter que j'ai commandé sur leur site et là, énorme déception, les photos sont surexposées et au lieu de recevoir des perles dorées, acidulées aux couleurs fraîches, je me retrouve avec des perles ternes, tristes que j'ai eu peine à reconnaître si ce n'étaient les références. Certaines perles ressemblent à du plastique. Je suis très très déçue, je ne recommanderai plus. Dommage, livraison, étiquetage, emballages et rapidité au top, quelle tristesse. Je ne sais vraiment pas ce que je vais faire avec cette livraison.
I had met this supplier in Bijorcha in Paris and the pearls were magnificent, so it was without hesitation that I ordered on their site and there, huge disappointment, the photos are overexposed and instead of receiving golden, acidulous pearls with fresh colors, I find myself with dull, sad pearls that I had trouble recognizing if it weren't for the references. Some pearls look like plastic. I am very very disappointed, I will not recommend again. Damage, delivery, labeling, packaging and speed at the top, how sad. I really don't know what I'm going to do with this delivery.
