Vždy milá, usmievavá, vždy som odchádzala maximálne spokojná. + Výborná cena rovnatek. Odporúčam aj napriek dlhšej čakacej dobe na termín vstupnej prehliadky. Čakala som 6 mesiacov, ale oplatilo sa. Maximum satisfaction, very professional staff. Especially Dr. Krejčí. Always nice, smiling, I always left as satisfied as possible. + Excellent price of braces. I recommend, despite the longer waiting time for the date of the entrance inspection. I waited 6 months, but it paid off.

Na potřetí jsem se dovolal, ale to je naprosto v pořádku. Hlavní důvod pro nízké hodnocení je způsob jakým mi bylo sděleno, že se aktuálně nepřijímají nový pacienti. Musím si "zkusit" zavolat za 2 až 3 měsíce, není možnost se objednat ani za 3 - xy měcíců předem. Nevadí mi, že je plný stav a nepřijímají se noví pacienti, ale nemožnost se objednat třeba za půl roku. Vadí mi, že pacient/zákazník, který je ochotný zaplatit i dost značnou sumu za službu se nemůže objednat ani za rok, že nemají systém pořádníků, kde se zařadím do pořadí nyní a jakmile příjdu na řadu, tak mě budou kontaktovat. Věřím, že si to přečte někdo z vedení kliniky a vyřeší tyto nedostatky: - příjemnější komunikace s potencionálním zákazníkem/pacientem (to že je aktuálně plný stav nemusí nutně znamenat, že mě po telefonu někdo co nejrychleji odpalkuje, ale nabídne možnost) - systém pořadníku - dokončení webových stráněk, které jsou aktuálně v katastrofálním stavu This evaluation and commentary in no way relates to the services offered by GALA ORTODONCIE, but to communication. I called for the third time, but that's perfectly fine. The main reason for the low rating is the way I was told that no new patients are currently being admitted. I have to "try" to call in 2 to 3 months, it is not possible to order even for 3 xy months in advance. I don't mind that it is in full condition and no new patients are admitted, but the impossibility to order in half a year, for example. It bothers me that a patient / customer who is willing to pay a fairly large amount for the service can not order even in a year, that they do not have a system of queues, where I will be in the order now and as soon as it's their turn, they will contact me. I believe that someone from the clinic management will read it and solve these shortcomings: - more pleasant communication with a potential customer / patient (the fact that it is currently in full condition does not necessarily mean that someone will hit me on the phone as quickly as possible, but will offer an option) - queue system - Completion of websites that are currently in a catastrophic state

Jedná sa o šikovnú dr. ktorá odvádza dobrú a kvalitnú prácu.
