★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maximální spokojenost! K paní doktorce jsme se synem přešli odjinud. Paní doktorka je velmi milá, všechno podrobně vysvětlí a syn neměl rovnátka ani polovinu doby, co nám tvrdili jinde. Výsledek je skvělý. Mohu jen doporučit.
Maximum satisfaction! My son and I went from somewhere else. The doctor is very kind, explains everything in detail and the son had no braces even half the time they told us elsewhere. The result is great. I can only recommend.

I can't judge the quality of the doctor, because I wanted to order with my daughter (on 07/21) and I got the nearest free term in September 2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po snaze objednat dceru na konzultaci mi byl (radeji jen smskou) sdelen termin na zari 2022, coz je za rok a jeden mesic. Je strasne, ze takove zarizeni muze jeste fungovat. Rozhodne nedoporucuju.
After trying to order my daughter for a consultation, I was (preferably just by text message) given the deadline for September 2022, which is a year and a month. It is terrible that such a device can still work. Definitely not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní doktorka neustále ruší návštěvy. Den předem se ujistí, že přijdete a pak vám návštěvu zruší - i hodinu předem, když jste na cestě k ní. Stalo se nám to opakovaně. Od lékařky jsme nakonec odešli jinam a tam zjistili, že si ani zuby předem nenafotila (na novém místě ano, prý ať vidí zlepšení) a ještě nás rovnátka na horní zuby stála tolik, co na novém místě stojí na horní i dolní zuby. Takže se nám díky této zubařce rovnátka hodně prodražila. Vůbec sem nedoporučuji chodit.
The doctor is constantly canceling the visits. The day before, they make sure you come and then cancel your visit - even an hour in advance when you're on your way to it. It happened to us repeatedly. We eventually left the doctor and found out that she hadn't even photographed her teeth beforehand (yes, she should see an improvement in the new place) and the braces on the upper teeth cost us as much as the upper and lower teeth cost in the new place. So, thanks to this dentist, the braces became very expensive for us. I don't recommend coming here at all.
