Galerie Café Park Restaurant je další z unikátních konceptů firmy Holflor. Staví na bázi světových parkových restaurací podobného typu. Je umístěna v hlavním vstupu nově zrekonstruovaného parku s názvem Tyršovy sady, který čítá cca 10 hektarů krásné zelené plochy v centru města Pardubice.

Galerie Café Park Restaurant obnovuje atmosféru 30. let 20. století, kdy v parku Tyršovy sady fungovala restaurace s tanečním pavilonem, kam Pardubičané chodili tančit a na odpolední čaj. Naším cílem je navázat na tuto tradici a přenést ji do současnosti.

Filosofií naší firmy je nabídnout každému zákazníkovi nejlepší servis, kvalitu, a udělat mu život hezčí a příjemnější... Chceme aby se u nás každý cítil pohodlně a užil si krásu všedního dne. A proto jsme horní venkovní terasu navrhli jako sluneční květinovou zahradu, ze které je božský výhled do zámeckého parku. Nadechněte se a vnímejte krásu těchtů okamžiků. Uvnitř v horním patře jsme umístili klubové posezení v barovém stylu. Ve spodní části najdete designovou restauraci s otevřenou kuchyní, která je inspirována holandským květinovým designem. V letních měsících můžete dále využít spodní venkovní zahradu, která Vám zpříjemní Vaši procházku parkem a nabídne občerstvení. Vedle toho si u nás můžete také zapůjčit piknikový košík s dekou, vybrat si do něj, na co máte chuť a vyrazit na příjemný piknik do parku.

D	David Krulich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for cafe, hot chocolate or just a few czech beers. You can take a food too - like cakes, vegetables salad or pancakes. The Galerie Café has a modern design and a nice view to Chateau's park. So there is a lot of trees and green plants at all.

We had ordered a meal from the menu which was labeled as "low carb" and it said that it came with "boiled potatoes" ("vařenými bramborami" in Czech). To our surprise, instead of boiled potatoes, we got "boiled kohlrabi"... The bigger unpleasant situation came later, when we asked the waiter about these "non-potatoes" and his explanation was that "if we didn't know what low carbs potatoes are, we should have asked"... From such a high priced restaurant, that kind of answer is really unexpected... The minimum that should have happened, is that they would have offered to change the side dish instead...

From the very path leading through the greenery to the café, the garden area, the terrace above with a view of the park, the staff, the delicious food and drinks... everything here is like in a world of its own. Settled in the center of the city, yet so calm and quiet, completely detached from the urban rush and noise. It gives that nice feeling of finding just the right spot you don't want to leave... We had some great pancakes served in a fairly huge portion, and most probably the best ever spaghetti aglio e olio!
