This is how one could describe this hidden restaurant on Pardubice's Míru Avenue on the way from the main train station to the old town. The prices are slightly higher, from 200-400 CZK, but you will get an amazingly tasty meal and you will leave greatly satisfied. I recommend making a reservation from the early evening, otherwise you will have to wait for a table. Staff is bilingual. The toilet is clean.
