A co si kdo nacepuje, to si taky vypije! Gambrinus brewery tour is definitely worth it! At the end of the tour, there is a tapping school, where we try different styles of tapping gambrinus beer. And what one nacepuje, that you drink too!
J	Jan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Rahmen einer 2-stündigen Tour lässt sich die Gambrinus Brauerei besuchen. Ausgangspunkt ist das Besucherzentrum der Pilsner Urquell Brauerei. Nach kurzem Fußweg zur Brauerei-internen Haltestelle geht es mit dem Bus - natürlich im passenden Design - vorbei an der großen Flaschenabfüllanlage zum historischen Sudhaus. Hier gibt es im modern und hell eingerichteten Schankraum im 2. Stock erst einmal eine Einführung in die Geschichte des Bierbrauens in Pilsen - und passend dazu ein erstes Gambrinus-Bier. Anschließend folgen im Erdgeschoss des historischen Sudhauses eine Erläuterung des Brauprozesses und im gegenüberliegenden neuen Sudhaus ein Gang zum Fermentationsraum und ein Blick auf die CKT-Tanks. Hier gibt es dann ein weiteres Bier, dieses Mal ganz frisch aus den Fermentationstanks; den leichten Unterschied schmeckt man. Wieder zurück im Schankraum des historischen Sudhauses gibt es einen Kurs im Bierzapfen - und wer will, kann es selbst versuchen. Und natürlich darf auch wieder weiter verköstigt werden. Na zdravi! Schade nur, dass keine Möglichkeit zur Besichtigung der aktuellen Produktionsanlagen bestand. A 2-hour tour includes Gambrinus Brewery. The starting point is the visitor center of the Pilsner Urquell brewery. After a short walk to the brewery-internal stop, it goes by bus - of course in matching design - past the large bottling plant to the historic brewhouse. Here you will find an introduction to the history of beer brewing in Pilsen in the modern and brightly furnished taproom on the 2nd floor - and a first Gambrinus beer to match it. This is followed by an explanation of the brewing process on the ground floor of the historic brewhouse and, in the opposite new brewhouse, a walkway to the fermentation room and a view of the CKT tanks. Here is another beer, this time fresh from the fermentation tanks; you can taste the slight difference. Back in the taproom of the historic brewhouse there is a course in the beer tap - and if you want, you can try it yourself. And, of course, you can also enjoy a meal again. Na zdravi! Just a pity that there was no possibility to visit the current production facilities.
A	Antonin Kalas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělé! Perfektní prostředí, fajn lidé a fantastické pivo. Ještě před týdnem jsem nad tímto pivem ohrnoval nos, ale po ochutnání přímo v pivovaru měním svůj názor. Určitě se brzy vrátíme. Great! Perfect surroundings, fine people and fantastic beer. Just a week ago, I nudged my nose over this beer, but after my taste in the brewery I changed my mind. We'll be back soon.
P	Peter Konrad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super exkurzia. Piva dostanete prakticky toľko koľko stihnete vypiť. Veľmi pekne predstavená história aj technológia v kocke. Darček v podobe nepasterizovaného Gambrinusu jednoznačne potešil. Z pivovaru ako takého veľa neuvidíte z hygienických dôvodov, ale aj tak jednoznačne super zážitok!!! Super excursion. Beers get practically as much as you can drink. Very well presented history and technology in cube. The gift in the form of unpasteurized Gambrinus was very pleasing. You will not see much from the brewery for hygienic reasons, but it is definitely a great experience !!!
