Great hamburgers but ... Today my husband and I went through a terrible embarrassment thanks to the waitress... Where to start? I arrived first and there was no one at the entrance, I was waiting for 5 minutes for someone to serve me and well they still didn't arrive, then my husband arrived at the restaurant, sat down and immediately a waitress came out and went to yell at us at our table where we had already taken off our Facemask... She didn't even say hello, she just started to say that how could we get in without the mask, but how did she know that if she was somewhere else and didn't welcome us at the entrance, then she yelled at us about the vaccination test and when we took it out she started to say: "DON'T GIVE ME THE QR BECAUSE I DONT HAVE PHONE..., After her shouting and disrespecting us, my husband calmly asked me if I wanted to eat there or if I preferred to leave the rude waitress said I don't care if you leave or stay, that's the way it is. We stayed because we were going for the hamburgers, but really how disgusting is that kind of people, if you have a bad day OK is valid but people are not to blame! YOU ARE A WAITRESS AND YOU NEED TO BE NICE, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE OTHER PERSON DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO YOU! I will NEVER go back to that place, I will order by bolt but never to the restaurant. We understand the COVID rules, but 1. there was no one there to serve us and in the entrance 2. the attitude of asking for the ID and all is completely wrong. I will tell everyone I know what this place is all about.

Gangsterburger offers a wide variety of wonderful burgers and other dishes. The burger was very tasteful and was even served with a portion of delicious chips. The meat was very juicy and well cooked, I highly recommend this place. In addition to the delicious burgers, I was also very pleased with the delicious, fresh, affordable pilsner. All in all Gangsterburger for me was one of the highlights of my stay in Prague.

Maybe the best burger in Prague. Why the 2 stars? Because they have the worst customer service in Prague. 2 out 3 times the order is wrong. And every time I have to contact wolt to get my money back or redeliver etc. Come on guys, make it work!!! Update. Today's order was wrong again.2 burgers, 3 potetoes and 1 sauce were missing. Bolt was not answering our messages for like an hour. You just lost a customer guys. Good job ? ? ? Reply to your comments: Apparently the orders don't leave correctly, otherwise there would be no mistake. If an order is missing 2 burgers with fries, it is a huge mistake and the fault is all yours!! And when I called to the restaurant to complain, a young woman answered. Why was rude, telling me that she is alone with no help and very busy. So apparently you should hire more people. I am sorry but when I am hungry and have people invited and I have to deal with a wrong order and rude customer service, it makes no more sense to be your customer.

Got our food fast, the meat burger was tasty but the vegetarian burger tasted just like a piece of bread with some salad inside. I wish this place, and other burger places in Prague, would put meat substitute in veggie burgers, and not just some salat/veggies. Ironically the side dish included was a coleslaw salad, not fries as the other burgers. Plus for nice service though!

Best burger for delivery I ever had so far. The burgers were delivered in a plastic case that protects the burger very good but produces more plastic waste. The burger-meat is grilled medium-rare ? big recommendation for this restaurant

The waitress didn’t know English very well. There were a few tables occupied in the restaurant and they all had troubles ordering. To be fair, she tried her best and my order came without any mistakes. She even took an extra step of showing me the flavour of the drink she was trying to explain. I had the “Joker” burger, I would give it 3/5. Nothing special about the burger itself. The ingredients were alright. I don’t see myself going there again.

We usually order burgers and the delivery time is perfect for lunch. Today we fell in love in warm just cooked burgers. Portion is big and delicious. The staff is very attentive to guests. Lovely garden quite place for dinner. We will be happy to come again.

First try burger in Prague and this restaurant turned out surprisingly good. Juicy burgers with cold beer - that’s exactly the meal I’d really want to try again. Low price, tasty burgers and good service. Definitely recommended!
