Joseph Janecek
Founder & Executive Director (He/Him)
After years of experience working in the management team of a boy-scout organisation, Joseph put his acquired leadership skills to use by founding DDM, along with several other associates from Prague Youth Theatre. Initially specialising exclusively in client services, he has since worked with big Czech names such as Marc Ellenbogen, Ivan Havel, and comedy duo 'Čermák Staněk Comedy’.
Alexandr Jirousek CMO/Head of HR (He/him)
With an ongoing career in performing stand-up comedy as well as his studies of drama, Alexandr uses his communication and management skills in the company to improve, promote, and maintain DDM, carrying out key reforms and instructing new employees, as well as managing DDM’s online presence and catering to paying supporters.
