Unfortunately, I am very disappointed, the car went into service with the usual defect (alternator overhaul, and cleaning of the swirl flaps), because I was not in a hurry for service, the car went into service for 1.5 months. After the phone call that the car is ready, I gladly left, but the joy passed during the payment and then after driving about 20 km. The first thing that showed that the coolant was flowing somewhere from the engine, so the next day I drove back there myself, I broke up the car at their service station and I found out that everything that was supposed to hit was new and was invoiced so there was nothing. I disassembled the car and folded the notes twice in 4.5 hours and I left. And the peripetia of faults increased the intensity: the alternator did not recharge as it should (which damaged the control units), they also made an intervention in the transmission without my knowledge, which immediately manifested itself and left 5-6 degrees, damaged the front hood, etc. I paid without a document, which they intentionally do 23000, - so that it is not possible to complain about the service. There were things charged that the car never saw and mainly on the invoice they calculated the work 3 days for 12000, -? When I broke down the car twice he folded in 4.5 hours. After trying to make a reasonable agreement with Miss Plato that we return a proportion of them, she was over the matter and denied everything. So I had an expert report prepared and sent documents with an agreement on compensation, but what did not happen, Miss Palatová hid behind Mr. Chvatík and his lawyers and confidently and arrogantly wished me a beautiful day with a smile. Unfortunately, there are more people who have a bad experience and I'm sorry how you can look nice with the knowledge that you know what will happen and then do not solve anything.

I wanted to flush and change the oil in the automatic transmission, it is said that it is not a problem ... When changing the oil (which I paid for), it stopped shifting and they are not able to repair this. I had to tow the car elsewhere at my own expense.

On Monday, I brought this front carriage to this service with the need to just overprint the bearing. The next day was supposed to be done, when after 3 days nobody started to call, so I sent the part to pick up my cousin, who subsequently told me that the exchange failed. Due to the fact that the mechanic on the hub left part of the original bearing and wondered why he could not press into a new bearing. Of course, the new deposit was destroyed and they wanted to pay for it. Too bad I was at work and couldn't solve it personally. After this experience I won't show up again!

Very helpful staff, in all went accommodating and repaired the car precisely. Prices compared to some other services I visited in Znojmo much more acceptable. It's great that even nowadays one comes across such a personal approach .. everything is just about people, in this case I am extremely satisfied. Thanks.

I have visited this service several times. Ever since they had a new mechanic, Mr. Milan, I am satisfied with his work, willingness and approach and price. The work is well done and without undue delay. He will explain everything thoroughly and answer all questions and point out other defects that would need to be rectified in the future. I am very satisfied with his work. I also have to add a great agreement with Ondřej Chvatik, we can always make a reasonable agreement and try to satisfy the customer to be satisfied. From my point of view, the service has improved a lot in the quality of repairs and the overall approach. I can only praise.

We had the underbody of our VW T4 completely renewed. Everything done great! Everything agreed in German was not a problem. Was even picked up from Znojmo train station and brought back.

The young lady in the service is very helpful. She handed over the car even after working hours. The mechanic communicated well and also called as promised about the replacement of parts and their cost.
