H	Hasiči Brno - Židenice on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zklamání. Nadělali více škody, jak užitku. Při výměně spojkové lamely zapoměl mechanik nalít olej zpět do převodovky. Po 3 měsících to suchá převodovka nevydržela. V jínem servise ihned příčinu odhalily, olej v převodovce nebyl! Bohužel se k tomu pan Kárník (majitel servisu) nepostavil jako chlap, chybu popírá a není s ním řeč. :( Disappointment. They did more harm as good. When replacing the clutch plate, the mechanic forgot to pour the oil back into the gearbox. After 3 months, the dry gearbox did not last. In the yen service immediately revealed the cause, there was no oil in the gearbox! Unfortunately, Mr. Kárník (service owner) did not stand up as a guy, he denies the mistake and is not talking to him. :(
O	Ondřej Kutil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem rozhodně nejezděte ani když nemáte na výběr. Neseriozní jednání! Žádal jsem výměnu oleje a filtru olejového a palivového, ještě při předaní auta jsem toto zdůraznil! Pro auto jsem si přišel po 1h30 a ješte nebylo hotové protože pan majitel neposlechl mechanika a přivezl spatný olej filtr. Ok 30min sekera, jenže než by majitel sedl do auta a jel filtr vyměnit, odjel si koupit víno pro rodinu a já tam čekal na auto. Mechanik to nevydržel a jel to sám tedy vyměnit... Po 2h30 auto bylo hotové jenže, místo 2 filtrů (olej, palivo) vyměněn olej a vzduch. filtr... ( sice byl potřeba vyměnit ale vůbec jsem to nepožadoval) ok nevadí. Ptam se jich tedy co ten palivovej na což mi bylo řečeno že ten zákazníci většinou nechtějí a že oni tam mění (když se jim řekne filtry) automaticky vzduch a olej :-) podotýkám že sem jim připomínal snad 3 co chci... Takže za mě už nikdy víc!!! Do not go here even if you have no choice. Unreliable behavior! I asked for oil and fuel and oil filters to be changed, and I stressed this when I handed over the car! I came for the car after 1h30 and it was not finished because the owner did not listen to the mechanic and brought the bad oil filter. Ok 30min ax, but before the owner sat in the car and went to replace the filter, went to buy wine for the family and I waited there for the car. The mechanic could not stand it and went to replace it himself ... After 2h30 the car was finished but instead of 2 filters (oil, fuel) replaced oil and air. filter ... (although it was necessary to replace but I did not request it) ok does not matter. I ask them what the fuel on which I was told that the customers usually do not want and that they change there (when they say filters) automatically air and oil :-) I note that I reminded them perhaps 3 what I want ... So never again for me !!!

Very helpful lady on the phone. It was agreed that day to replace the tires with new ones. Professional approach and work. Full satisfaction for me ???
