F	Filip Novotný on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Když přišel pan z garant gas, nebyl jsem si jistý jestli přišel popelník nebo technik na kotel. Provedl revizi, řekl si o 1100 a řekl, že je vše v pořádku. Po 14 dnech kotel nefungoval a tak mě poté třikrát navštívil a pokaždé v tom byl jiný problém. Zavolal jsem jinou firmu a nevěřili, že tu byla provedena revize. Trubky nebyli vyčištěny a celková kontrola byla provedena asi pouhým okem. Závadu, kterou bylo třeba opravit, aby kotel zase fungoval, ani nezmínil, navrhoval jen pořídit nový kotel. Pokud máte na výběr, doporučuji vybrat jinou firmu. When Mr. Gas came, I wasn't sure if the ashtray or the technician had come to the boiler. He did a review, told himself about 1100 and said everything was fine. After 14 days the boiler did not work and so he visited me three times and there was another problem every time. I called another company and did not believe that a revision was made. The tubes were not cleaned and the total control was performed with the naked eye. The defect that had to be repaired to make the boiler work again, or to mention it, suggested only buying a new boiler. If you have a choice, I recommend choosing another business.
M	Michal Korba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I to je moc. Měli jsme poruchu na kotli, tak jsem si objednali opravu byl začátek října . Čekací termín 2 týdny. Chápu mají hodně práce. Po první návštěvě servisák zjistil, že je potřeba vyměnit nějaký ventil ( to se nakonec ani měnit nemusel). Tak ventil se objednal, pač nebyl skladem. Po 20 dnech bez toho aby mi někdo z Garant Gasu kontaktoval, jsem volal servisákovi, zda ventil dorazilo on mi řekl, že již týden tady leží. Tak jsme si domluvili další termín, na který se si musel vzít z práce volno a on nepřišel. Po třech dnech jsem mu volal jak to vypadá , tak mi sdělil, že do konce roku nepřijde. Nám se přes noc vypne kotel a ráno máme v bytě 18 stupňů a 2 malé děti. Následně jsme oslovili jinou firmu, která nám závadu vyřešila do druhého dne a to bez výměny součástky. Tímto chci poděkovat firmě Votop za super proklienský přístup. A firmě Garant Gas spoustu spokojených zákazníků. That's too much. We had a malfunction on the boiler, so we ordered a repair was early October. Waiting time 2 weeks. I understand they have a lot of work to do. After the first visit the serviceman discovered that it was necessary to replace a valve (it did not even have to change). So the valve ordered, because it wasn't in stock. After 20 days without contacting Garant Gas, I called the servant to see if the valve had arrived and he told me he had been lying here for a week. So we arranged another term that he had to take from work and he didn't come. After three days I called him what it looks like, so he told me he wouldn't come by the end of the year. We switch off the boiler overnight and in the morning we have 18 degrees and 2 small children. Subsequently, we approached another company that resolved the defect the next day, without replacing parts. I would like to thank Votop for its super-cursed approach. And Garant Gas has plenty of satisfied customers.
