Absolutely sad experience from start to finish. Already the first contact problematic. It is written on the website that we will contact you within 1 working day. Obviously they have a working day about once a week, so I was waiting for the first contact that week. We agreed on a personal inspection of the apartment that I wanted to rent through this service. However, a fairly decent-looking agent of this rental agency proved to be a storm of the coarsest grain right after his arrival. Among his first questions was whether there were any Roma living in the apartment building, to which I told him no, right after that I was accused of disguising the fact about the conditions in the house, because he already felt the "typical smell of this ethnicity" when he arrived in the hallway. . Immediately afterwards, he insulted my ancestors who had lived in the property as social cases because they allowed themselves to have tiles in the hall and not a floating floor. After that, I lost the desire for any cooperation with similar people, so I tried to get at least some information from Buran about the operation of the agency and tips for improving the property. But again, I didn't march because of any style question: "What would you do in a xy situation?" I only learned that this is not a problem, we manage x dozens of apartments. Not a word was said about a specific solution. At the end of the meeting, I received very "professional" advice that I would do best to sell the property, if possible to this agency, and that they would take care of it. Better to try to rent on your own t-shirt and risk than to deal with such an approach. I can't even imagine (and probably don't even want) how they treat the tenants themselves.

A complete disaster. We signed the contract on 25.1. Of course, they will not be able to take over the apartment by the end of the month, so I handed it over on 8.2. provided that they take care of all repairs and repainting. 24.2. they told me I had cracks in the shower and what I was going to do about it. I said I heard that, first. So nothing yet. We didn't deal with anything like that during the handover. The next day I received an email saying that if I did not replace the shower tray, the apartment did not meet its standards and I should take it back. Of course, no one answered my phone that Friday. They did not send me any prizes or touch anything on the other things they promised to fix. I lost a month of time when the apartment could have been repaired and rented. I definitely can't recommend. Terrible approach!
