Simply the best option for the ones that have been looking for a good place. It can be either a long stay or a short stay, they have both options. You can find something on your budget for sure and it’s super user friendly, . No regrets on choosing an amazing place for my first month in Prague at Flatio. Last but not least, Flatio staff is always willing to help :)

Hassle-free accommodation! I had a very pleasant experience with Flatio. The service allowed me to find a temporary accommodation very easy. The flat was perfect for our needs and budget. Also, descriptions and conditions were very practical and user friendly. I would very much recommend Flatio to friends and family in the future

I've rented 2 apartments with Flatio in Prague totalling 3 months together. I absolutely recommend using their services. Everything is organized very efficiently, openly and honestly. No hidden costs, no weird contract clauses. It's very handy, it's all done on the Internet: finding an apartment, signing the contract,... The apartments are exactly as shown on their website. Both times my contact with the owners was very good also. When I needed information, Flatio was always ready to reply fast and in detail. In short: Flatio is brilliant!

Customer service is way bellow the standard of a service provider like this. They rip off both the tenant and the host and when it comes to support there is none or low quality. They have money to expand but dont have money to have enough professional customer service people who look after us. Boycott this company. There are many others who care about us as well and not only their pockets. Like airbnb. They will never be on a level as them or other 'western mentality' companies. And before you answer: you cannot locate me as your customer. You dont have to. My husband is. This answer that you always write to bad reviews also represents the fact that there is no professional approach here as this is not the point. Why not ask the same questions with good reviews...?

After the lease expired I have been receiving emails asking to provide feedback. They are coming roughly every 5-7 days and I cannot unsubscribe. I contacted Flatio to stop sending those emails and got a response that I either fill in the feedback or the emails will not stop (ever). Well... “Black-mail” is a really convenient term right now. Feedback in a nutshell: the platform is a good idea, but it’s a customer unfriendly company.

I would never use Flatio again. The property I rented through them was not as advertised - in fact it had no windows! Despite being very helpful initially when booking and they were deducting the money, when there was a problem with the property, the lady was unbelievably rude, they didn't reply to emails and were dismissive. I managed to get a termination on the contract by mutual agreement with the landlord. They still charged me the full four weeks rent and they didn't reimburse me even though it stated on the termination contract that they were to refund 2 weeks. They do not answer calls or return emails. I think they are very good at website design but be very careful. They take extra fees and mis-advertise and will not refund. I have travelled to many countries and stayed in many places. Flatio are the most unprofessional and frankly have been completely dishonest and incredibly rude. I would only use reputable, well known accommodation agencies again. I believe this is a scam.

The absolutely worst company to deal with. We signed a 12 month lease with them. 6 days into our lease the landlord gave us 30 days to leave in the high season. No reason. Flatio looked after them basically leaving us on the street as it was near impossible to find a substitute. This was discpicable and illegal. We do not know the system well enough to fight this and flatio left us on the street with no substitute as per their guarantee. It's a joke and that company is a joke .DO NOT ISE FLATIO. MORE ON THIS AS TIME GOES ON.

Very bad experience. Flatio takes your money and avoids all responsibility for terrible apartment conditions. You are left on your own to deal with landlords. We (a family with 1 little child) had an apartment with dirty kitchenware, mold on walls and despite numerous calls, emails did not receive a replacement or refund.
