Následně jsem zjistil, že nemovitost nelze zkolaudovat. Informaci šlo zjistit během pár minut hledání na internetu. Opravdu profesionální a férový přístup. Beware of this real estate agency. Pan Přikryl byl velmi sympatický a vyhověl prakticky všem našim možným i nemožným, velmi specifickým požadavkům. My girlfriend and I recently bought an apartment in the center of Brno. Pan Přikryl byl velmi ochotný a při hledání bytu vyhověl všem mým požadavkům. Sama bych takový byt určitě nesehnala. K	Kateřina Ligasová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potřebovali jsme se s přítelem přestěhovat do většího a hlavně vlastního bytu. Na doporučení jsme s pomocí hledání zkusili oslovit právě Gaute. Musím říct, že jsme byli oba moc spokojení už od začátku, jak z přístupu makléře, kdy se nám opravdu snažil vyjít vstříc a zjistit, jak si byt představujeme a v jaké lokalitě až po konečnou fázi, kdy jsme byt koupili. Vše proběhlo naprosto férově se skvělým přístupem a se záměrem abychom byli co nejvíce spokojení. A jsme nadšení. Takže díky moc! Gaute můžu jen doporučit. I must say that we were both very satisfied from the beginning, both from the approach of the broker, when he really tried to meet our needs and find out how we imagine the apartment and in what location until the final stage, when we bought the apartment. Everything went perfectly fair with a great approach and with the intention of being as satisfied as possible. And we are excited. So thanks a lot! I can only recommend Gaute.
M	Maťa Straková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komunikovali sme s pani Alice Waagnerovou, ktorá nám mala ukazovať 2 byty v Brne. Prehliadky nám potvrdila o takmer 8 večer deň predtým, než sme mali cestovať. Išli sme do Brna zo Slovenska 3 hodiny kvôli prehliadkam. 2-3 hodiny pred prehliadkou nám zavolala, že jeden byt sa medzitým prenajal. Keďže sme boli na ceste, tak sme šli aspoň na tú druhú prehliadku. Žiadny dobrý deň ani dovidenia a veľmi odmeraný prístup. Ale dobre, to by sme prežili, horšie boli iné veci. V podstate na všetky otázky, ktoré sme sa o byte spýtali odpovedala, že to sa máme spýtať majiteľa, takže veľa sme sa nedozvedeli. Čerešničkou na torte bolo, keď sme sa jej spýtali, či je majiteľ ok s tým, aby bola v byte mačka a ona povedala, že nevie. Pritom táto otázka bola medzi prvými, ktoré sme napísali do e-mailu, keď sme pani Waagnerovú kontaktovali s otázkou, či je byt stále dostupný, nakoľko je to naša priorita. O deň neskôr nás kontaktovala, že majiteľ mačku v byte nechce. Vďaka jej neprofesionalite a nekompetentnosti sme strávili celý deň cestovaním úplne zbytočne. A pritom len stačilo čítať s porozumením a komunikovať včas. Neodporúčame. We communicated with Mrs. Alice Waagnerová, who was to show us 2 apartments in Brno. The shows confirmed us almost 8 in the evening the day before we had to travel. We went to Brno from Slovakia for 3 hours because of the shows. 2-3 hours before the show, she called us to say that one apartment had been rented in the meantime. Since we were on the road, we went at least for the second show. No good morning or goodbye and very measured approach. But well, we would have survived, other things were worse. Basically, all the questions we asked about the apartment answered that we have to ask the owner, so we did not know much. The icing on the cake was when we asked her if the owner was okay with a cat in the apartment and she said she didn't know. At the same time, this question was among the first that we wrote in the e-mail when we contacted Mrs Waagner with the question of whether the apartment is still available, as this is our priority. A day later, she contacted us that the owner did not want a cat in the apartment. Due to her unprofessionalism and incompetence, we spent the whole day traveling completely unnecessarily. And at the same time, it was enough to read with understanding and communicate in time. We do not recommend.
