Navyše bol predaj nášho bytu značne komplikovaný a bolo treba prekonať viacero administratívnych a právnych prekážok, ktoré vznikli v minulosti a pán Farář ich všetky s pomocou kolegov z Gaute promptne vyriešil. O dotyčné nemovitosti měl nastudované všechno potřebné, byl věcný a přitom přátelský, férový vůči prodávajícímu i zákazníkovi. Takhle by se měli chovat obchodníci, doporučuji. :-) Mr. Farář did an even better job than I expected from him as a real estate agent. He had studied everything he needed for the property in question, he was matter-of-fact and at the same time friendly, fair to the seller and the customer. This is how traders should behave, I recommend. :-)

Řekl sem mu ať mi řekne kdo dal nejvyšší nabídku za chatu že dám klidně více že chata se mi opravdu líbí. Pan realitak mi řekl že se aukce už nemůžu zúčastnit jen kvůli tomu že jsem chatu neviděl osobně.Asi se uz nechtel obtezovat dalsi prohlidkou. Líbil se mi hlavne pozemek tudíž jsem o chatu měl i tak zájem a přesto všechno mě poslal do haje. Tedy mohl majiteli chaty vydělat ještě více peněz než co třeba nabízeli první zájemci. Musim dodat skvělá práce makléře a ze pro majitele nemovitosti dělá opravdu vše aby mu vydelal co nejvice penez....Maklere nedoporucuji Despite the gentleman here, I was interested in a cottage in Petrova-Bohuliby. Mr. had more people interested in the cottage. I told him to tell me who gave the highest offer for the cottage that I would give more that I really like the cottage. Mr. Realitak told me that I can no longer participate in the auction just because I did not see the cottage in person. I guess he did not want to bother with another tour. I especially liked the land, so I was still interested in the cottage and yet he sent me to hell. Thus, he could earn the owner of the cottage even more money than what the first interested parties offered, for example. I have to deliver a great job as a broker and he really does everything for the property owner to make him as much money as possible .... I do not recommend brokers

Přestože se celá záležitost o několik měsíců protáhla z důvodů komplikací s financováním ze strany banky, pan Farář byl trpělivý situaci bravurně zvládl a vše dovedl do zdárného konce. Byl vždy vstřícný, komunikativní a dokázal hledat řešení. Mohu vřele doporučit! Mr. Farář and I decided to buy a cottage. Although the whole matter dragged on for several months due to complications with the bank's financing, Mr. Farář was patient with the situation brilliantly and brought everything to a successful end. He was always helpful, communicative and able to find a solution. I can highly recommend!
