I wanted to go to the Gazelle. They first took us by the nose for 14 days, working on it, and then wrote to us that they had lost our data and that we had to re-enter everything. Now we are very likely to fall under the supplier of last resort. Meanwhile, the Gazelle has doubled prices. It's a bunch of scoundrels, avoid them.

1) do not respond to customers by emails, 2) I do not point out the price increase, which allows "only" to adjust the price list at the stalls. UPD: 8.11. written from the price will change from 15.11. and if you do not agree with it, you must file a disagreement 10 days before the planned change, so you will probably travel to the past ? 3) prices increased more than 2x, 4) I can't set backups according to your ideas.

As one of the few, they currently offer a reasonable price for electricity without fixings and similar pig farms, moreover, only with a one-month notice period. Yes, their server crashed during registration and they apparently lost some data. This simply happens from time to time when the server load increases several times a day. I believe their ajťák enjoyed a few sleepless nights. So I sent everything I needed again, I had a signed contract within three days and I'm just waiting for a transfer from DPI. Hopefully it will go similarly smoothly and quickly. Everything took place electronically, without telephoning, going to the branch, etc., ideal for me.

It was promised over the phone that they were able to connect a large gas consumption of over 90MWh per year, followed by 4 days of waiting to find out that they do not do large consumption. First degree amateurism.

When signing the contract, it seems that you will fix the price until the end of the year and increase it for you after a month.

They probably don't buy energy in advance. They refused to release me on November 15, as requested in the notice, even though I had found a more advantageous supplier. I was forced to stay with them until the end of the month, despite the high price increase from 15.11.2021. Dad refuses to reduce unreasonably high electricity bills, even though the heat source at the point of consumption has been replaced (now an automatic solid fuel boiler - biomass), the accumulators are no longer heating. Where are we? The change of advances is said to have to be approved by the board of directors and still some speculation. Watch out for this supplier. Year back: In my case, the most advantageous electricity supplier in the Czech Republic for the whole year. The ERO and TZB calculators gave me the cheapest price, so I contacted them. They have a great mobile application and everything can be done from the comfort of home. Conditions absolutely clear and clear, no tricks. Very friendly and professional staff on the infoline. At first, the Android application stopped working. Then they practically doubled the price. I accepted this due to the general increase in energy prices. But then they started forcing me to fix for one year (beware, they have this option in the GTC). I wrote them that I preferred a contract for an indefinite period, ie without fixation. So they terminated my one-month contract. I'm moving to CEZ. Never for me again, even if it is one of the cheaper within fixed contracts. But you never know what they will come up with for you, what they will accomplish and what they will not. According to the communication with them, their business model is based on the fact that they buy energy, the consumption of which they have in advance secured by customers. Comfortable for them. They cannot survive and in the event of cheaper energy on the market, customers will not run away from them.
