Driveto je skvělá služba. Dnes jsem vracel auto panu Markovi Mogiorosimu. Naprosto skvělý přístup. Zachoval se velice neuvěřitelně. Vůbec jsem to nečekal. Za přístup, který projevil má můj velký dík. Více takových lidí jako je pan Marek. Díky němu je přebírání a vracení aut úplně jiná úroveň. Ještě jednou díky pane Marku.
Driveto is a great service. Today I returned the car to Mr. Mark Mogiorosi. Absolutely great approach. He behaved very unbelievably. I didn't expect it at all. My big thanks to the approach he has shown. More people like Mr. Marek. Thanks to it, picking and returning cars is a completely different level. Thanks again, Mr. Mark.

Driveto rozhodně nedoporučuji! Až budete auto vracet, já po třech letech, tak vám naúčtují opravu každého škrábance a důlku. Sice to můžete platit z HAV pojištění, jenže každý díl auta je samostatná pojistná událost se spoluúčasti 5tis Kč. To se ve VOP nedočtete. Takže při vrácení mám doplatek další 45 tis!!!! Dobře si to rozmyslete než něco podepíšete. Při podpisu naslibují hory doly.
I definitely do not recommend Driveto! When you return the car, me after three years, they will charge you for the repair of each scratch and dimple. Although you can pay for it from the HAV insurance, each part of the car is a separate insurance event with a co-participation of CZK 5,000. You will not read that in the GTC. So when I return, I have an additional payment of another 45 thousand !!!! Think twice before you sign something. When signing, the mountains promise mines.

Som zákazníkom Driveto už dva roky a pred týždňom som si prevzal druhé auto. Až doteraz všetko bez najmenších problémov. Rozčarovanie prišlo dnes, keď som zistil, že havarijná poistka nemá krytie na poškodenie hlodavcami. Kedže mám týždeň staré auto práve v servise, pretože ho cez víkend navštívila kuna a škoda je zatiaľ vyčíslená na cca 12 000 korún + už som musel uhradiť 3041 korún za odťah na cca 20km (assitenčná služba nekryje poškodenie hlodavcami), som mierne povedané docela naštvaný. Podľa cenníku Generali stálo v roku 2019 pripoistenie poškodenia spôsobeného hlodavcami k povinnému ručeniu 89korun ročne! so spoluúčasťou 1000 korún, je pre mňa absolútne nepochopitelné, že takéto pripoistenie spoločnosť Driveto nemá vo svojich poistkách. Ide o smiešmu sumu v pomeru k tomu akú škodu dokáže kuna napáchať. Ak by malo Driveto lepšie havarijné poistenie a povinné ručenie a nie len BASIC ako mi povedali na assistenčnej linke poisťovne, bola by to skvelá služba. Takto je to skvelá služba len do momentu než sa niečo stane a začnete riesiť poistnú udalosť.
I have been a Driveto customer for two years now and I took over my second car a week ago. So far, everything without the slightest problems. The disappointment came today when I found out that the accident insurance did not have cover for rodent damage. Since I have a week-old car in the service, because it was visited by a marten over the weekend and the damage is still estimated at about 12,000 crowns + I have already had to pay 3041 crowns for towing for about 20 km (assurance service does not cover rodent damage), to put it mildly quite upset . According to the Generali price list, in 2019 the insurance of damage caused by rodents cost 89 crowns a year for compulsory liability! with the co-participation of 1000 crowns, it is absolutely incomprehensible to me that Driveto does not have such additional insurance in its insurance policies. This is a ridiculous amount in proportion to the damage the marten can do. If Driveto had better accident insurance and compulsory liability and not just BASIC, as they told me on the insurance company's helpline, it would be a great service. This is a great service just until something happens and you start solving the insurance event.

I like the idea of using a nice car without having to pay a large chunk of money upfront. I also like the idea of a short-term or flexible lease in case my needs change. Driveto meets these needs very well! Bonus points for service - when I locked my keys inside the car, client rep Marek M drove ~200km in the middle of Friday night to unlock the car for me. They were also nice about shipping the winter tires to a shop 1km from my house so that I can change them conveniently. Where they could improve a bit is paying relentless attention to the condition of their cars. I consider myself a deal seeker and usually get a 1-2 old car at a slight discount over a new one. Of the 3 cars I have had from Driveto, one was flawless, and two had some minor maintainenace needs. I expect to have do -nothing- to service the car initially. Not even getting new wiper blades, or refilling liquids other than fuel. It would be great if the cars came with "dalnicni znamka" as well. Overall I will go to Driveto again should I want a new or near new car at an acceptable monthly price.

Driveto is without a doubt one of the best car rental companies in Czechia and my experience with them so far is superb. They have nice new cars, conditions are clear and easy to understand and the staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for long term car rental I can definitely recommend to try Driveto.
