★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohuzel ackoliv ma obchod velky vyber andelu,3x jsem si u nich objednala andely... a 3x se stalo,ze dva druhy z objednavky proste nebyly,tak jsem mela pokazde o dva kusy mene... kdyby se to stalo poprve,pochopim to,ale 3x?♀️
Unfortunately, although the store has a large selection of angels, 3 times I ordered angels from them ... and 3 times it happened that two types of the order simply were not, so I always had two pieces of less ... if it happened the first time, I will understand , but 3x?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nespoľahlivý e-shop, na objednávku som čakala dlhú dobu, volala som na linku a slečna odpovedala že oni objednávku evidujú ako odoslanú, namiesto toho ležala zabudnutá a rozbitá v sklade, ponúkli mi iné produkty a zľavu na novú objednávku. Hneď na druhý deň prišiel balík a bola som zhrozená z toho v akom stave prišla krabica, úplne roztrhaná a otvorená so štítkom pozor sklo. Produkty boli našťastie nepoškodené ale takto by to fungovať rozhodne nemalo. Firma zjavne nezvláda logistiku. Nedoporučujem vám od nich čokoľvek objednávať.
Unreliable e-shop, I waited for the order for a long time, I called the line and the young lady answered that they registered the order as sent, instead it was forgotten and broken in the warehouse, they offered me other products and a discount on a new order. The very next day the package arrived and I was horrified at the condition of the box, completely torn and opened with a label careful glass. Fortunately, the products were undamaged, but this should definitely not work. The company clearly does not manage logistics. I do not recommend ordering anything from them.
