★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemám trpělivost na všechny ty kurýry. Všichni jsou drzí, myslí si, že nevědí co. Přišla mi SMS, že se mi řidič ozve 30 minut před doručením. Řidič mi zavolal, když už tam byl, a řekl, že o těchto 30 minutách nemá žádné poznámky. Momentálně nebydlím v bytě, kde byla zadána objednávka a potřebuji čas, abych se dostala z jednoho místa na druhé. Řekla jsem řidiči, že se tam pokusím být za 10 minut. Musela jsem odložit své pracovní činnosti, zavolat taxi a okamžitě spěchat na tu adresu. Poté, co jsem se nedostala do těch 10 minut na místo, kde byla objednávka zadána, byla jsem označena za lhářku a požadovali, abych jsem ukázala SMS kterou jsem obdržela! Řidič řekl, "že to bude řešit s dispečery." Myslíte si, že je to správné a spravedlivé? Proč bych měla cítit nějakou vinu, když jste jen neprofesionálové? Jsem uražená a tuto kurýrní službu nedoporučuji.
 I have no patience with all those couriers. Everyone is rude, they think they don't know what. I received an SMS that the driver would contact me 30 minutes before delivery. The driver called me while he was there and said he had no notes about those 30 minutes. I do not currently live in the apartment where the order was placed and I need time to get from one place to another. I told the driver I'd try to be there in 10 minutes. I had to postpone my work, call a taxi and immediately rush to the address. After I didn't get to the place where the order was placed within those 10 minutes, I was labeled a liar and asked to show the SMS I received! The driver said, "that it will deal with dispatchers." Do you think this is right and fair? Why should I feel guilty if you're just unprofessional? I am offended and I do not recommend this courier service.

Lost me a customer and now this company has lost me as a customer.
Do Not Use this Gebruder Weiss Logistics in Prague there are more trustworthy, reliable logistics around, like a horse and cart!
