★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velká katastrofa co se týče dispečerů kteří neumí vysvětlit kdo a kde nakládá a kvůli nich tady čekají jiní.Tupý tupci.A vůbec celá tato fa.Nespolehlivá firma.Se vůbec nedivím vy bando že máte nejnižší recenze a jak již bylo tady napsáno neschopný od řidiče až po dispečera
 Great disaster when it comes to dispatchers who can't explain who and where loads and because of them others are waiting here. Blunt idiots. And this whole company. Unreliable company. I'm not at all surprised that you have the lowest reviews and how it was already written incompetent by the driver up to the dispatcher

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DPD (byvaly Geis) se dnes opět ukázal jako (ne)dopravce roku.
Po prvnim neúspěšném doručení jsem se ptala řidiče, jak dále postupovat - odpoved: zásilka pujde na druhe doručení.. (moznost si zajet na parcel shop zde neexistuje)
Druhe doručení: cely den cekam doma (co taky v nouzovém stavu), zkousim volat - telefon nikdo nebere, zákaznická linka zvoní, ale operátoři jsou zaneprázdnění... na webu: Nedorucení .... tak mi to po 17.hod neda a sednu do auta a zacnu shanet... prvni DPD Centrála - neúspěšně, druha (byvaly Geis) jiz úspěšně, ale pani to sla hledat nekam “pod pas”, protoze dáma, co dnes mela dorucovat si zásilku nenalozila (hlavne ze zvladla vložit do App NEDORUCENO)...
Moje proaktivita me zachránila od toho, aby byl dalsi den balicek odeslán zpet odesilateli (běžný postup pry).
Skoda, ze e shop nemel jinou volbu dopravce. Opět se mi potvrdilo, ze po predchozi zkušenosti (cca 4 roky zpet) se u DPD nic nezměnilo.
DPD (formerly Geis) again proved to be the (non) carrier of the year today.
After the first unsuccessful delivery, I asked the driver how to proceed - the answer: the shipment will go to the second delivery .. (there is no possibility to go to the parcel shop here)
Second delivery: I wait all day at home (which is also in an emergency), I try to call - no one answers the phone, the customer line rings, but the operators are busy ... on the web: Non-delivery .... so I can't do it after 5 pm I get in the car and start shanet ... the first DPD Headquarters - unsuccessfully, the second (formerly Geis) already successfully, but the lady was looking for it somewhere "under the passport", because the lady who was supposed to deliver today did not load the shipment (mainly App NOT DELIVERED) ...
My proactivity saved me from sending the package back to the sender the next day (normal procedure).
It is a pity that the e-shop had no other choice of carrier. Again, it was confirmed to me that after previous experience (about 4 years ago) nothing has changed in DPD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednane zbozi bylo doruceno po vice nez dvou tydnech. Kazdodenne byla dorucena zprava o tom, ze neni misto na vozidle. Ridic, ktery zasilku konecne dorucil mluvil sproste a slovne urazel zakaznika. Pri telefonatu na firmu Geis nam bylo zdeleno, ze stiznost musime podat pisemne, operatorku chovani ridice vubec nezajimalo.
The ordered goods were delivered after more than two weeks. Every day a message was delivered stating that there was no space on the vehicle. The driver who finally delivered the consignment spoke rudely and verbally insulted the customer. When calling Geis, we were told that we had to file a complaint in writing, the operator was not at all interested in the driver's behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Včera mě dopravce nezastihl, požádal jsem jej tedy o uložení na depu (na Geis point nešlo, protoze zasilka je těžší než 15 kg). Dnes přišla opět sms, že je mi doručováno, nicméně v ní chybělo číslo na řidiče (místo čísla samé jedničky a místo jména řidiče pouze "OSOBNI") a ani dve hodiny po čase, kdy mělo být doručeno, mi nikdo nezavolal. Nyní nevim, jestli je zásilka na depu, jak bylo domluveno a můžu se pro ni po práci vypravit nebo jí řidič vozí v autě a jezdit do Bravantic na depo (30 km od mého bydliště) zbytečně se mi opravdu nechce. Telefon Geisu zvedne pouze automat, který o stavu zásilky sdělí jen to, co už vím z webu a neodpovídá to realitě.
Yesterday the carrier did not catch me, so I asked him to deposit it at the depot (it was not possible to go to Geis point, because the shipment is heavier than 15 kg). Today an SMS came again that it was being delivered to me, however it lacked a driver number (instead of the number one and instead of the driver's name only "PERSONAL") and even two hours after the time when it should have been delivered, no one called me. Now I don't know if the shipment is at the depot, as agreed and I can go for it after work or the driver drives it in the car and drive to Bravantice to the depot (30 km from my residence) I really do not want unnecessarily. The Geisa phone will only be picked up by a vending machine, which will communicate only what I already know from the web about the status of the shipment and it does not correspond to reality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zboží koupeno ve čtvrtek,ve čtvrtek zboží vyzvedli v 11.40,zboží u nich na depu v Praze ve 14:00.Zboží nebyli schopní odeslat v ten den a zboží je ještě v pátek na depu a bude pravděpodobně ještě celý víkend.Jim může konkurovat už jen Česká pošta.Zlaté ppl ,bohužel ppl nešlo zvolit jelikož šlo o zásilku která váží 52 kg.Jesště by mohli zásilku poškodit ať tomu dají třešničku na dort.!Nikdy více Geis!!!
The goods were bought on Thursday, the goods were picked up at 11.40 on Thursday, the goods at their depot in Prague at 2:00 p.m. only Česká pošta.Zlaté ppl, unfortunately ppl could not be chosen because it was a shipment that weighs 52 kg.
