★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofa... Na balicek cekam pres tyden a v aplikaci stale jena depu. Po navsteve depa mi ne moc prijemna slecna sdelila, zeme zasilky uz jsou v aute a jedou na vydejni misto... A svete div se.. Zadnou zasilku do ted nemam!
 Disaster ... I'm waiting for the package over a week and there is still only one depot in the application. After visiting the depot, a very pleasant lady told me that the ground shipments are already in the car and they are going to the dispensary ... And wonder of the world ... I don't have a shipment yet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší služba a komunikace, plná arogance bez snahy řešit. Šoférka pořádně nemluvící česky, stejně tak neumí přečíst adresu a ve chvíli kdy se snažíme najít zmateného šoféra projíždí kolem osoby a dané adresy se sklopenou hlavou a kouká do mobilu. Tohle je jen opět neskutečně mizerná služba. NEDOPRUCUJI NIKOMU: !!!!!!!!! A pozor ani se zásilka neukládá pro jistotu ji nechá poslat nazpět. Moc prýma přístup.
The worst service and communication, full of arrogance without trying to solve. The driver, who does not speak Czech properly, also cannot read the address, and at the moment when we are trying to find a confused driver, she is passing a person and the given address with her head down and looking at her mobile phone. This is just an incredibly lousy service again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE: !!!!!!!!! And be careful not to save the shipment to be sent back to be sure. Very prone approach.
