★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doba dodání 2-5 dní nedosazitelny výkon, 5.den nahlasili neuspesny pokus o dodání, ačkoli mě nekontaktovali ani telefonicky, ani doma. Kdyz jsem vyrazila vyzvednout zasilku osobne, oznamili mi, ze byla zaslana zpet odesilateli, ze by se obtezovali informovat, do kdy bude zasilka ulozena, ani nahodou. Ve srovnanim s timhle i je zlata i ceska posta..

Uz jen tento text ze sledovani zasilky hovori za vse. Otazka neni proc? Ale kolikrat jeste. Posledni 3 zasilky takhle konci. Milostive doruceni probehne az po 20 minutove tel.urgenci. Jasne ze az nasledujici pracovni den! Tvl snad bych nechtel, aby ridic az se vrati do depa jeste nekam vecer jel.....Fakt uz nechci nic dorucit pres Geis, nove DPDCZ. Nekdy to bohuzel obchod jinak neposle.... Jen zmena nazvu spolecnosti asi fakt nepomuze?......

Gracious delivery will take place after a 20-minute phone call. Of course until the next working day! I probably wouldn't want the driver to go somewhere in the evening until he returns to the depot ..... I really don't want to deliver anything via Geis, the new DPDCZ. Unfortunately, the business will not send it otherwise .... Just changing the name of the company probably won't help ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asi si ze mně děláte legraci, že ? SMS, že bude doručeno v pondělí, žádný telefon, mail nic. Žádné dodání. Večer se dívám na výpis, řidič nestihl doručit (že by třeba zavolal, že to nestíhá ?). V úterý naloženo na rozvoz, celý den žádný telefonní kontakt, nic, nikdo se neozval. Nyní se ve výpisu dočítám - nedoručeno, příjemce nezastižen. Opravdu mám sedět dva dny doma od rána do večera a čekat, jestli náhodou nepřijedete ?
Ode dneška opravdu končím s eshopy, které nejsou kromě vás schopny nabídnout jiného dopravce, takovéhle služby se opravdu jen tak nevidí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší přepravní služba co znám, která jako řidiče zaměstnává blbečky a ignoranty. Telefonní kontakt není možný, určitě ví proč. Chceš si zkomplikovat život, tak využij služeb DPD či GEIS. Uděláš to pouze jednou. Minimálně na v jižních Čechách totální katastrofa. Petr Strbačka

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Předání domluveno telefonicky na druhý den kolem 13. hodiny. Zásilka doručena nebyla, na info lince mi bylo oznámeno, že zboží naloženo nebylo. A to mi bylo ještě řidičem oznámeno, že doručují pouze v dopoledních hodinách, abych si na to vzala dovolenou. Katastrofa.
