★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dávám pouze jednu hvězdičku za přijetí osoby mé pro tuto pečovatelskou službu?☑️,.Druhou hvězdičku za zezacatku velice příjemný přístup ☑️ovšem až sem se zapracovala a lidí mě začali mít rádi o které jsem pečovala,bylo mi vytýkáno ,že se jim moc věnuji a po čase mě to docela šokovalo .I to jak pomlouvají klienty ,kteří jim platí měsíčně tolik peněz ,shodnotit tuto firmu můžu leda tak ,že dávám 2 hvězdičky z 5 . Pečovatelská firma ,která je prospěšna lidem ,avšak srdce,cit,láska chybí ❤️po čase mi paní Patakova dala výpověď dodnes nevím proč asi jsem byla moc milá a příjemná a narozdíl od nich jsem pro ty lidi dělala první poslední a za to se v dnešní době vyhazuje ,protože jiné pečovatelky byli line jen kouřili v mezičase a takový člověk do týmu se jim prostě nehodil .
 I only give one star for accepting my person for this care service?☑️, .The second star for a very pleasant approach from the beginning ☑️but it was worked here and people started to like me that I cared for, I was criticized for being very devoted to them and over time it shocked me quite a bit. Even how they slander clients who pay them so much money a month, I can evaluate this company only by giving 2 stars out of 5. A care company that is beneficial to people, but heart, feeling, love are missing ❤️After a while, Mrs. Patakova gave me her resignation, I still do not know why I was probably very nice and pleasant and unlike them, I made the first and last for those people time throws out because other nurses were line just smoking in the meantime and such a person to the team just didn't fit them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se službami od Generace Care bohužel nejsme vůbec spokojeni. Babička nám po mrtvici zůstala ochrnutá a potřebovali jsme službu, která by se o ni postarala přes pracovní dobu. Hned na začátku nám nejprve slíbili, že budou schopni pokrýt 5 hodin. Pár dní před návratem babičky z nemocnice nám však napsali, že mohou poskytnout pouze 2 hodiny, což bylo velice stresující a museli jsme shánět další službu, což v dnešní době není vůbec jednoduché. Následně si zaměstnankyně, které k nám chodily, neustále na něco stěžovaly. Posílaly k nám kontroly na inspekci, samy však chodily pozdě a odcházely dříve, babičce se moc nevěnovaly, seděly v kuchyni a nebylo jim trapné se tu chovat jako doma a to si ještě dovolily o babičce vykládat, že příliš nevoní. Samy se však mnohdy nedokázaly ani postarat o přebalení nebo dodržování pitného režimu. Faktury za služby nebyly ani jednou správně spočítané. Naopak druhá služba (konkrétně Hewer) jsou u nás spokojení, oceňují, jak se snažíme o babičku postarat v domácím prostředí a po vypovězení služby (ze strany Generace ze dne na den!) byli velice pružní a hned od dalšího týdne nám pomohli pokrýt požadovanou dobu. Generaci rozhodně nedoporučujeme!
Unfortunately, we are not at all satisfied with the services from Generation Care. Our grandmother remained paralyzed after the stroke and we needed a service to take care of her during working hours. Right from the start, they promised us that they would be able to cover 5 hours. But a few days before my grandmother returned from the hospital, they told us that they could only provide 2 hours, which was very stressful and we had to look for another service, which is not easy today. Subsequently, the employees who came to us constantly complained about something. They sent inspections to us for inspection, but they were late and left early, not paying much to their grandmother, sitting in the kitchen and not embarrassed to behave here at home, and they allowed themselves to tell their grandmother that they didn't smell too much. However, they were often unable to take care of repackaging or drinking. Service invoices were not correctly calculated once. On the contrary, the second service (specifically Hewer) are satisfied with us, they appreciate how we try to take care of the grandmother in the home environment and after the termination of service (from the side of the generation!) Were very flexible and helped us cover the required time . Generally we do not recommend!
