★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme velmi nespokojeni s podáním informací k pojištění psa. Nesympatická obsluha (kancelář v přízemí vedle vstupu) se dostavila z pochůzek po 20 minutách, chovala se neprofesionálně a informace, které nám podala byly strohé, zčásti matoucí a jen přečtené z nějakého letáku. Paní, neměla informace o produktu nastudované a spíše nevěděla o čem hovoří. Příště navštívíme jinou pobočku, nebo raději jinou pojišťovnu.
 We were very dissatisfied with the information to insure the dog. Unsympathetic staff (office on the ground floor next to the entrance) arrived from the errands after 20 minutes, behaved unprofessionally and the information she gave us was austere, partly confusing and only read from a leaflet. Ma'am, she didn't have the product information studied and rather didn't know what she was talking about. Next time we will visit another branch, or rather another insurance company.
