However, when leaving the service, I was told that the papers no longer existed and that I had "never been there". However, I carefully managed to make copies of all confirmations of my service visit in advance, if in time there was a problem related to the work of the service technician. I later had the phone repaired by professionals and the display now works exactly like my original. I do not recommend this service and I do not have a positive impression of the gentleman's actions. But as I say, it was possible to reach an agreement with him normally, despite a slight exchange of views, which is often problematic for various services.
