The service may be good, but during the process my selection was not saved twice, then not a payment card, the people from Genster solved it with me, but if I went to the store alone, I would save more time. :) Holt service is not for me.

I tried the service and I was more than surprised. The stylist chose interesting pieces for me, which I probably wouldn't reach for myself, but everything fits perfectly both in size and style. I recommend ordering more pieces of clothing for the first try .. you just risk so much that you will like everything and keep everything :)) prices are comparable to men's fashion stores, I would say that some pieces from the package came to me cheaper than how they can buy normally in the store without discounts. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to be dressed in style and elegantly.

This is a service just for me. I'm tired of going shopping for clothes or clicking on them somewhere in the e-shop. Genster women simply say from time to time that it's time to add a wardrobe for the next season. During a short call, we will agree on whether this should probably be the case. Then I'll just wait a few days for the package and enjoy the surprise. Thanks for that, I believe that you will continue to work successfully.

An interesting service, especially for busy men who do not have the time or desire to spend hours in clothing stores. I came across it while reading an article on czechcrunch and I decided to try it. It works by registering a person, filling in a number of data (size of clothes, color preferences, preferences of what he is looking for, what type of clothes he is interested in ..) Subsequently, the user is assigned a stylist who tries to combine one or two outfits (shoes , pants, polo shirt / shirt + accessories ... in fact it is possible with socks and underwear) and it is then sent to the customer as a box. After delivery of the box, there are 5 days to try and choose what you want to keep, what you do not want to pack back into the box and send through the mailroom (free) with an already pre-printed label. Nothing is paid in advance and payment is only after trying and only for what the customer keeps. The good thing is that you can send feedback on individual pieces of clothing and the assigned stylist learns what the customer's preferences are. Otherwise rating my genster boxing. Overall good, color matching of pieces of clothing, some combinations that I would not think of when choosing in the store, but together it works. I returned 3/9 pieces of clothing, two didn't fit the size very well (pants and shoes) .. Especially shoes (in terms of social) are a nut in my case, so I wasn't even surprised.

The service is useful, the stylists are nice, they always choose interesting pieces that one would not normally come across. For men who do not have time to go around the shops and try on clothes, it is a very practical thing. Even the sizes usually fit, it improves with each new Genster box, as he already knows more about you. I very much appreciate the personal approach of the stylists and the letter with tips on how to wear / combine selected clothes. Like any service, however, this one has several weaknesses. 1) Delivery is by Messenger = the client must adapt to when the courier travels (which is only on working days when a person is usually at work), instead of being able to determine the time of delivery as it suits him or his goods picked up somewhere. On the contrary, there is a great variant of the Shipyard for returns. It must be added that both delivery and return is free, this is definitely a plus 2) Overall, the payment system is strange. Whoever orders Genster for the first time is in trouble. There are some possible blockages of amounts on the card, where the client does not know in advance when (and if at all) they will block his money and how much exactly it will actually be (however, the ceiling is CZK 5,000). The possibility of self-payment opens only after filling in the feedback. Personally, I would like the option of paying a deposit for this variant, with Genster then returning the money according to what the client keeps or not. In any case, people who like absolute control over their money flows rather recommend that you read their website and GTC before the first order, so that you are well acquainted with the process and are not surprised. But by that I don't mean that they weren't fair or somehow holding back money, God forbid. It's a serious service. 3) There are certain shortcomings in the communication, now I don't mean stylists, it works well there, but some of the information is sent by the machine. Sometimes choosing clothes takes longer, there one would welcome more info on what stage the order is at - even tracking progress online. But when you write a question to them, they answer quite quickly. Overall, this is an interesting idea and so far my rating is based on 4 stars. Every service has minor shortcomings and Genster will certainly do to eliminate them, resp. improving the service to suit as many clients as possible, however specific. So I soon tip to improve on the stars 5.
