★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Service ist aller letzte! Man wird in dem Laden von den Verkäuferinnen beleidigt nur weil ihnen in dem Gespräch unter uns was nicht gepasst hat. Ich werde diesen Laden keinem empfehlen.
 The service is very last! One is insulted in the store by the saleswoman just because they did not fit in the conversation between us. I will not recommend this store to anyone.

Prodejna v Palladiu má velký výběr a paní Zahanna nám velice pomohla s výběrem botek pro syna- měla s ním svatou trpělivost;-)))
Vřele doporučuji.
Geox shoes are popular.
The store in Palladium has a large selection and Mrs. Zahanna helped us a lot with the selection of shoes for her son - she had a lot of patience with him ;-)))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zatím asi nejlepší zkušenost s přístupem k zákazníkovi. Paní byla milá, velmi ochotná , příjemná, zašla pro boty, přinesla jiné, pak další... pomáhala s výběrem, dávala rady co a jak, a i ve chvíli, kdy jsem se rozhodl si nekoupit nějaký hadřík na obuv, protože stál 99,- a ne 29,- jak jsem si myslel, a bylo třeba platbu stornovat a zadat vše znovu, tak to udělala bez keců nebo ksichtů, přičemž byla stále velmi milá, příjemná, ale ne falešná... opravdu jsem byl ohromen ...
So far, probably the best experience with customer access. The lady was nice, very helpful, nice, went for shoes, brought others, then another ... she helped with the choice, she gave advice what and how, and even when I decided not to buy a shoe for clothes because it was 99, - and not 29, - as I thought, and it was necessary to cancel the payment and re-enter everything, she did it without bullshit or faces, still very nice, pleasant, but not fake ... I was really impressed ...
