Firma následně nechtěla uznat způsobenou závadu a odmítají proplatit náklady spojené s opravou. Tvrdí, že jsme si závadu způsobili sami. Nedostatečná komunikace a arogantní jednání, rozhodně nedoporučuji !!! The technician partially damaged the switch and the intercom when installing the door. This required the intervention of another service company. The company subsequently did not want to acknowledge the defect and refused to reimburse the costs associated with the repair. He claims that we caused the defect ourselves. Insufficient communication and arrogant behavior, I definitely do not recommend !!!

Při opravě dveří technik této firmy konstatoval chybu z výroby (otvor pro zámek zanesený pilinami, o které zámek drhnul), přesto reklamace nebyla uznána. Od pana Cvečka - řešil reklamaci - se mj. dozvíte, že závada musela být způsobena špatným užíváním dveří :-) O tom, že jejich technik závadu uznal ani zmínka. Rozhodně s nimi nechtějte řešit nějaký problém, alibismus a výmluvy, to je jediné, čeho se dočkáte! I definitely can't recommend this business. When repairing the door technician of this company noted a manufacturing error (lock hole clogged with sawdust, which the lock scrubbed), but the claim was not acknowledged. From Mr. Cveček - he handled the complaint - you will learn, among other things, that the defect had to be caused by poor use of the door :-) About the fact that their technician acknowledged the defect even a mention. Definitely do not want to solve any problem with them, alibism and excuses, that's all you can expect!
