Nejsou sice nejlevnější, ale z naší strany je přesto plná spokojenost. Installation of a glass railing in a family house. Dates fulfilled by agreement, quality of work at a high level, beautiful result. They are not the cheapest, but they are still full of satisfaction.

NEDOPORUČUJI !!!! Výborná spolupráce od první schůzky až po velmi precizní realizaci a předání díla na závěr. Firmu mohu vřele doporučit, budeme se rádi vracet. The subject of our order was an interior staircase with a railing, with the need to match the colors of all elements and scales tailored to the situation (non-standard solution). Excellent cooperation from the first meeting to a very precise implementation and handover of the work to the end. I can highly recommend the company, we will be happy to return.
T	Tomyko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samotné realizaci nemůžu nic vytknout. Schody vypadají dobře. Teď abych vysvětlil jen dvě hvězdy. V celku špatná komunikace a co úplně nejvíc naštve, když vám řeknou, že jsou zvyklí pracovat v hotových interiérech a po realizaci zjistím, že mám doma obouchané rohy stěn, až opadal štuk a poškrábanou novou podlahu. Když jsem sepsal reklamační e-mail, tak jediný co odepsali, že reklamaci evidují. Od té doby už na maily nereagují a jsou to cca 4 měsíce. Po deseti měsících snižuji na jednu hvězdu a kdyby to šlo, nedal bych žádnou. Opravdu mi přijde, že schody za 80 000 by mohly vydržet víc. Asi se po nich nesmí chodit, jen na ně koukat a patro do kterých vedou radši nepoužívat, aby vydržely. Chlapce z Jelínek interiér rozhodně NEDOPORUČUJI. Je možné, že zrovna k nám si zapomněli šroubky, tak vše vyřešili lepidlem a doufali, že to bude držet pohromadě. I can't blame the realization itself. The stairs look good. Now to explain just two stars. Overall, poor communication and as annoying as possible when they tell you that they are used to working in finished interiors, and after the implementation, I find out that I have worn corners of walls at home until the stucco and scratched new floor fell off. When I wrote the complaint e-mail, the only ones who wrote that they registered the complaint. Since then, they no longer respond to emails and it is about 4 months. After ten months, I'm downgrading to one star, and if I could, I wouldn't give any. It really occurs to me that 80,000 stairs could last longer. They probably can't walk on them, just look at them and don't want to use the floor they lead to to last. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND the interior for the boys from Jelínek. It is possible that they just forgot the screws, so they solved everything with glue and hoped that it would stick together.

Neustálé přesouvání termínu realizace, když už jsme se konečně po pár měsících domluvili, tak to několikrát zrušili krátce před termínem. Je to škoda, protože výsledná práce je pěkná (i když se musela opravovat cca měsíc po realizaci), ale na komunikaci a účtě ke zákazníkovi by měli trošku víc zapracovat. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with this company. The constant postponement of the implementation deadline, when we finally agreed after a few months, canceled it several times shortly before the deadline. It's a pity, because the resulting work is nice (although it had to be repaired about a month after implementation), but they should work a little more on communication and customer account.

R	ROMANA Markvartova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporucuji, pokud je nenahanite neozvou se, slibuji a nic nedodrzi, posouvaji terminy, nakonec ani nezavolaji a poslou sms, ovsem jak se jedna o platbu tak to volaji i nekolikrat denne, ani zakazka za temer 50.tis jim nestoji za slusne chovani a snahu, no-konecne po pul roce mam hotovo a jen se modlim abych nikdy nemusela nic reklamovat ( netusim kam bych se a na koho mela obratit) I do not recommend, if you do not report them, they do not call, I promise and do not keep anything, they postpone the deadlines, in the end they do not call and send a text message, but as it is a payment, they call it several times a day, , finally, after half a year, I'm done and I'm just praying that I never have to complain about anything (I have no idea where I should and who I should turn to)
