★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely unique jewelery shop ! They have many beautiful and fashion pieces. The staff was so polite and friendly, they give good advices to help us choose the most adapted piece for us. I highly recommend you visit this store if you are in Prague !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I ordered an item and the website, Google, everything I checked stated that the store is open until a certain time. So, I arrive at the store to pick up my jewellery and it is closed - I call the number listed on the website and a woman picks up the phone. I (VERY nicely) asked her about the opening hours, as I was confused because the store should be open based on all of their online information. She told me, in a tone like she was disgusted that I even dared to call, that they close earlier than that and they forgot to change it on the website. No apology whatsoever - if anything, she made it sound like my problem. If it were me running this business, I would have been extremely apologetic about making my customer come all the way to my store because I couldn't be bothered to change my opening times - I would not speak to them like they were the dirt on the bottom of my shoe. Typical Czech behaviour. Can't be presenting yourself as some sort of modern, sleek company when your approach is about a hundred years behind. Obviously, I won't be picking up my item. I like to give my money to people who treat others kindly - especially when there's something in it for them?!
