T	Tomáš Braun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VAROVÁNÍ. Přes svého vodaře jsem si koupil nechal nainstalovat předčerpávací čerpadlo Grundfos. Po dokončení stavby a připojení do sítě čerpadlo nejelo. Při reklamaci mi bylo řečeno, že výrobek je 8 let starý a i když byl dodán před rokem a nevztahuje se na něj záruka. Navíc mi bylo řečeno, že čerpadlo bylo zaplaveno shora. Celá sestava nenesla známky kontaktu s vodou, navíc byla v místě, kde voda nikdy nebyla. Těžko říci, kde bylo čerpadlo ve skladech uskladněno těch 7 let a jak k zareznutí motoru došlo. Nicmíně jsem to odnesl já se škodou 12 tisíc. Proto ostatní klienty varuji a doporučuji si vše zkontrolovat ihned po dodání. Tyto velké firmy se pak s vámi bavit nebudou. WARNING. I bought a Grundfos pre-pump pump through my water operator. The pump did not start after the construction and connection to the network were completed. During the complaint, I was told that the product is 8 years old and even though it was delivered a year ago and is not covered by the warranty. In addition, I was told that the pump was flooded from above. The whole set showed no signs of contact with water, moreover, it was in a place where there was never water. It's hard to say where the pump was stored in those warehouses for those 7 years and how the engine cut. However, I took it with a damage of 12,000. Therefore, I warn other clients and I recommend checking everything immediately after delivery. These big companies will then not talk to you.
