100 czk for entrance or buy 1 drink system
I believe the employees doing their best but it’s just 1 time entertainment with plastic seats

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would recommend for a different view of Prague. The glass bar has an interior and an exterior section. The interior section definitely requires repair and redesign. Cracked, dirty, mirror glass floor patched together by transparent tape; its mirror-on-the-floor design is a nightmare for those who wears a short skirt. Complacency is what killed its charm. Terrible services and a lack of care on cleanliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally rude and unacceptable behaviour from the staff.
Not even a greeting when we entered the bar, just a completely rude response about paying a ticket.
When we asked for an explanation, they just requested the money that we paid immediately without a receipt or anything else.
After we sat on a table and asked for drinks, they just said "no, we are closing" as a once again completely rude response.
We then explained that we were tourists and didn't know about the closing hour of the bar or the ticket, the response was "don't you read, it's there on the sign"!
We again complained about their behaviour and responded that they should explain from the beginning that they're closing and we couldn't order drinks instead of rudely asking for a ticket (100 kz or 4 €) and they should give us back the money we payed for completely nothing
Then they started saying "we don't speak or understand English", yet they were smiling at what we were saying.
That is not the way to treat tourists or customers and you should be ashamed of your staff and their behaviour.
Sadly for you, gladly for all the others, all other bars/coffee shops and their staff in Prague are hospitable and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a place to buy beer coffee tea some snacks and look at the view.
They told us that the observation balcony is just for customers and that we have to order something.
That was our intention any way.
The bathroom have a brand new dyson wash and dry faucets.
Really great view of the city even when it’s freezing cold.

To get at the top you have 2 option : pay only for the entrance or you buy a drink and you have access to the rooftop ! I definitely recommend to buy a drink, cheaper and better option ! The prices are a bit more expensive than others bar in Prague but the view is just the best you can get ! So chill and so nice there ! You will have the best view for the sunset !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basically another overpriced tourist trap, staff were unfriendly and more concerned with taking our money than providing any kind of hospitable service. A sign at the entrance explains that you must purchase something OR pay 100 crown in order to go out onto the tiny, overcrowded balcony while a staff member also stands at the door to enforce this policy. When a business like this deals with tourists in high volume they don't need to provide any kind of good service because they know they will make money off some other visitor and have no incentive to keep regular customers.
