K	Kelii Kanoa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel staff at the front desk were great and helpful. The rooms were well maintained. Breakfast was my favorite as I’m a huge fan of places that serve warm food. The terrace is amazing giving you great views of the river as well as the castle and cathedral. If you’re a guest there you have free access to the terrace up top unlike others that require to purchase a drink. However, be prepared to show your room key as some employees are very strict on the access until you show them your key.

Hotel gave one free visit to the rooftop bars. There are also amazing boat restaurants for drinks along the river at night. Wonderful place!

The best romantic place where you can see the Prague Castle, the National Theater and the Petrin Lookout Tower directly from your bed! We appreciated the luxurious atmosphere of the room, breathtaking views from the restaurant and the devotion of the personnel. I lost my golden bracelet in the room. The room service found it and returned it! Thank you!
A	Alana Nokony on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super cute hotel. They did a good job maintaining it and keeping it up to date even though it is quite old now. Still with a modern look and twist, it's quite spectacular. Keep in mind it is still a 4 star hotel so don't expect any valet service or a bell boy to bring your luggage up to your room... but it's still nice and a fun experience. Plus it's really clean!! Which is a big factor! The rooftop bar is funky with nice views of the city!

J	Julie Zeit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, a very clean, spacious and comfortable room for Czech Republic. The view of the river in the city is spendid and the location is prime as you can walk to any place and find nice foods in the day. The hotel is amazing and treated us very well as they gifted my husband a Prosecco his 30th birthday. It was a very pleasant experience and it has a coffee bar and minibar in the room. The bathroom is spacious but the shower will flood the bathroom floor as it has no real door. The bathroom door will also hit the bidet when you open it, which seems to be of low standard. Two more negative points are that the windows cannot be opened at all to ventilate and also because they are so thin, it is non sound proof. At 5.45 am, the first tram will arrive and wake you up. Also ambulance will pass pay and disturb your sleep, so be warned in advance.

Problems include: Unable to open windows to cool down or ventilate room, a spring sticking out of the mattress meant my friend was uncomfortable, and there's no way to stop housekeeping coming into your room. Update: Removed a star because the restaurant host was rude. No excuse for bad manners and service.
