The staff were welcoming and friendly.
We went when it was quite quiet and they upgraded us to the Suite because they said it would be better for someone to use it and it hadn't been booked.
The room was very nicely done and you felt like you were on a boat even though it is moored and does not move or Bob around (So no fear of sea sickness).
Its location is a short walk approx 5 mins to Charles Bridge.
The adjoining restaurant boat was amazing, the food beautiful. Our one regret is that we didn't eat there sooner. We left it until our last meal.
I can't say it better than we are going back to Prague in 6 months and I hope they have availability when we book.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last minute stop for dinner and enjoyed exceptional service and food. Beautiful views over the river and across to Prague Castle and Petřín Tower.
Lovely interior decor, comfortable seating and a warm atmosphere. The waiters were friendly, accommodating and spoke good English. Enjoyed a 3 course meal in under an hour and portions were a good size.
No children's menu, but my child enjoyed his meal and was made to feel very welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff and uncomplicated booking. But I have to recommend only the rooms with river view and above sealevel (which was exceptionally beautiful especially at night), since the view on the other side meets a wall and garbage bins.

It was cleary made for Thursday June 2nd.
The booking was made by email and was very detailed and confirmed by the restaurant.
We arrived and the staff told us no booking had been made...
The response was appalling.
We showed the email confirmation to the staff, and he was throughly unhelpful and offered no alternatives.
He admitted that they were at fault, but offered no alternatives.
