The help we got from Richard was very complete, the rooms were realy fine and the whole place was very clean.
We will definitely come back when we visit Prague again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment was lovely. Only small criticisms to improve stay would be someone on reception all the time advertised, if the living room blind could be a tighter fit lovely and all light bulbs working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only good thing about this apartment is its location. Once we reached the apartment, following happened: 1. Lady by the name Linda came up to the room within 10 mins of us in there and got a plumber to fix the toilets, which could had been done in advance. While one toilet was fixed the other wasn't since it was in use. 2. No staff on Sat/Sun to help out with the toilet and no one picked up the calls either. So ended up using 1 toilet. 3. No one available during checkout either and no one picked up the phone. When we were back home then got an email stating that 30E have been charged for the stuck toilet and 8 for soiled towels. The towels were there kept as rugs, so they were supposed to get soiled anyway. Staff, Michal, was unhelpful and apparently the only thing he knew was to ask for money.

You have to find the public parking (the closest we found was 2 euro per hour)
The rooms are huge this is nice.
View on the river is nice too.
No conditioner, during the hot days you have to open windows.
if you open windows it very very noisy even over night (see location).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice place to stay. Apartments were really spacious, great size beds. Excellent location close to the river and old town Prague. The owners are lovely really happy to help. Would really recommend this place.
