★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A slightly dated but nevertheless suitable hostel in a good location if you're looking to see the sights of Prague. Staff are very friendly and accommodating and speak good English. Bathroom and kitchen facilities leave quite a bit to be desired but for the price of a bed you really cannot complain. There is a large social area attached to the kitchen, however when we stayed we found that the vibe of the hostel was not very sociable.
IMPORTANT: Be advised that they only accept cash payment (albeit that they accept both euro and Czech crown.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hostel. Prime location. The manager is amazing. He will help a lot, will give all the details you need. You can collect coupons from him to use in the pubs (free drinks). Very clean and tidy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to sleep, comfortable beds, quiet neighbourhood. Well equiped kitchen, a bit dirty (more the costumers' fault than the owners'), the fridge should probably be cleaned more often (there were several bricks of milk gone bad).
Advisable for young people on a budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend this hostel to those people who want to stay in Prague for a low budget trip. It is well managed and rooms are small but comfortable. There's a common kitchen and each floor has its showers and toilets. Staff is available and flexible on check-in and check-out time and the hostel location is perfect for sightseeing in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were small but really clean. Showers are shared with your floor, so you might have to wait in the morning, thank God they were clean as well. Our toilets were less clean, but that had more to do with the people we shared the floor with and less with the staff.
Reception was very helpful and the overall experience was great for the hostel really is so central in the city. Mini markt across the street, open 24/7!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Things I liked about the hostel:
1. A friendly owner that met us and advised a great places to visit;
2. Clean room and common areas;
3. Location is perfect - close to everything (however public transport in Prague is working as great as swiss clock)
And did not like:
1. Cash payment only;
2. Common toilets / showers;
3. Lack of towels.
Also be aware that you shoud check in only in the agreed time window, otherwise there could be no one at reception desk, so you could be unable to enter the hostel.
